A grant from the Adrian Schools Educational Foundation helped students visit Carpenter Farms to learn about agriculture and farming. Back in the classroom, dramatic play materials turned students into veterinarians and pet owners, practicing care and compassion through a classroom “pet adoption.”

The 4th graders at Lincoln Elementary are participating in a hands on, interdisciplinary research project focused on U.S. National Parks. Each student selects one park to study while building meaningful research and writing skills along the way ✨🌲

The project will culminate in a professionally bound class book featuring every student’s essay, creating a lasting keepsake that celebrates their hard work and growth.

Foundation Friday 💙✨

Our ceramics students explored the “Frozen Pond” glaze technique this year, creating these beautiful layered trays full of depth and creativity 🎨. We’re proud to share that one piece is currently featured in the MAEA Region 3 Art Show at Washtenaw Community College, with the possibility of advancing to the state level.
