The white Cloop bin is located at our Re:Think Corner, outside our HYC building

Yesssss! That was so much great condition clothes!

Fun fact: They wore the clothes they had saved from previous sorting sessions!

Ask before you buy: Do I really need to buy this shirt?

That’s 402.6 kg of clothes sorted during our Sort With Purpose session on 18 Oct!

Behind every piece were helping hands, careful sorting, and a collective effort to give these clothes a second look before their next chapter.

A big thank you to everyone who showed up and got involved. Small actions, when done together, can make a difference. 💚

Study, work, home, repeat. What if you had a space to try something outside of it?

CHOPE is a youth co-creation initiative by HYC, inviting young adults aged 20–35 to turn ideas they care about into experiences for other young people.

Whether it’s a workshop, pop-up, installation, community activity or something we haven’t thought of, we want to hear what you would create.

If selected, you’ll receive a space at HYC, mentorship, peer support and resources to develop, test and bring your idea to life.

🤝 Enabling Workshop: 31 October – 1 November 2026
🎪 CHOPE Public Showcase: 28 November 2026

It’s easy to think of caring for ourselves and caring for the planet as separate responsibilities. But the two are deeply connected.

We can start with something simple: noticing the world around us, understanding what sustains us, and thinking about how we can care for it in return. 🌏
