🎙️ رندة سنيورة: حماية النساء والأطفال في أوقات الأزمات أولوية حقوقية لا تقبل التأجيل
شاركت رندة سنيورة، المديرة العامة لمركز المرأة للإرشاد القانوني والاجتماعي، في حلقة خاصة بعنوان «صوت الحماية: كيف نحمي أطفالنا ونساءنا في زمن الأزمات»، من تقديم الإعلامية حنين عايش، لمناقشة أبعاد الحماية الشاملة للنساء والأطفال في ظل الحروب والأزمات.
🟠 تناولت المقابلة مفهوم الحماية بما يتجاوز توفير المأوى والغذاء، ليشمل ضمان الأمن الإنساني والكرامة والسلامة الجسدية والنفسية، وأهمية الانتقال من رصد الانتهاكات إلى بناء آليات فعّالة توفر الحماية والملاذات الآمنة.
⚖️ كما ناقشت المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة، وفي مقدمتها اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة، ومدى تطبيقها في الواقع الفلسطيني في ظل الاحتلال والنزاعات.

Randa Siniora, General Director of the Women’s Centre for Legal Aid and Counselling (WCLAC), participated in a special episode titled “The Voice of Protection: How Do We Protect Our Children and Women in Times of Crisis?”, hosted by journalist Haneen Ayesh, to discuss comprehensive protection for women and children during wars and crises.
🟠 The interview explored protection beyond shelter and food, encompassing human security, dignity, and physical and psychological safety. It also highlighted the importance of moving from monitoring violations to establishing effective mechanisms that provide protection and safe havens.
⚖️ The discussion also addressed relevant international standards, particularly the Fourth Geneva Convention, and the extent of their application in the Palestinian context under occupation and during conflict.
