🌸 Dalia Association launched the first Neighboring Session for the "Women's Community Fund" initiative, bringing together 👩‍🤝‍👩 25 women representing 🤝 16 women's associations, cooperatives, and grassroots initiatives from the 📍 northern, central, and southern West Bank. Together, they shared diverse experiences, expertise, and perspectives on women's issues.
💬 Building community funds begins with listening to women, 🌱 believing in their capacities, and ✨ engaging them as decision-makers. Through this collaborative approach, the initiative aims to create a 💜 community fund that reflects women's priorities and contributes to 🌍 sustainable, community-led development.

From Gaza… where solidarity becomes strength, and collective action becomes a way of life. 🤝🐑

Amid war and displacement, the “Valley Sheep” initiative brought families together to protect their livestock through shared grazing and collective care, reducing costs while preserving a vital source of food and income.

More than a livestock initiative, it is a story of community solidarity and food sovereignty—protecting local resources, strengthening resilience, and proving that together, communities can sustain life even in the hardest times.

Food Culture... The Memory of a Nation and a Deeply Rooted Identity 🍉

Every Palestinian dish tells a story, and every recipe carries a heritage deeply rooted in our identity and a testament to our resilience. By passing these traditions from one generation to the next, we keep our heritage alive and our identity firmly rooted 🫒🫒

In partnership with community-based organizations and local centers, we believe in creating safe and inclusive spaces that bring together people from all walks of life, while promoting the values of participation, generosity, and social justice, contributing to a more cohesive and inclusive society. 🤝🤝

Together, we preserve our heritage, strengthen our identity, and build a more inclusive and compassionate community. 🙏

" Who decides? Who decides what this community needs? Who decides how resources get used?"

A reflection from Sandra Rasheed, Dalia Association board member, and published in Scene48

Occupation weaponizes land and water, undermining livelihoods and identity; sustainable progress requires returning resource control to Palestinian communities and tackling root political injustices.

🌱✨ As we conclude the first phase of the "Ibda’ Schools", we celebrate the achievements of students from 10 schools across the West Bank and Jerusalem, who transformed learning into practice and ideas into tangible agricultural and community initiatives that promote the principles of food sovereignty and climate justice.
🌿 Together, we continue to nurture a generation that leads change and creates lasting impact in its community.

From Tent to Screen

When spaces grow smaller, creativity still has the power to open windows of hope. 🍀🍀

Through the "From Tent to Screen" initiative, children transform their stories and memories into short stop-motion films, creating a safe space for self-expression, learning, and psychosocial support.

🌱 Because community-led initiatives emerge from real local needs, they are best positioned to create lasting impact and strengthen resilience over the long term.

🤝 Support community-led initiatives, because every story deserves a voice to be heard.
