⚖️ في منظومة عدالة تتطور باستمرار، لا يتحقق التغيير الحقيقي داخل المؤسسات فقط، بل يبرز في المجتمعات، من خلال الأفراد والمؤسسات التي تعمل معاً كل يوم لتعزيز الوصول إلى الحقوق والخدمات.
جمع اليوم برنامج سواسية المشترك شركائه من المانحين ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني في حلقة حوارية استضافها مجلس القضاء الأعلى في رام الله، بهدف القاء نظرة أعمق عل الجهود المبذولة وتبادل الخبرات وتعزيز التنسيق حول جهود دعم الوصول إلى العدالة.
✨ ما برز خلال اللقاء لم يكن الحوار بحد ذاته فقط، بل الجهود المتواصلة التي تقف خلفه .. جهود تُترجم مبادئ العدالة والحماية إلى دعم ملموس يصل إلى الناس في مختلف المجتمعات.
في القرى والبلدات والمجتمعات الأقل وصولاً إلى الخدمات، يساهم شركاؤنا في تعزيز مسارات التوعية والحماية والوصول إلى الدعم.
🤝 ومن خلال مؤسسة نفس للتمكين ومؤسسة البيدر، تصل خدمات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، والتوعية القانونية، والتدخلات المرتبطة بالحماية إلى أفراد وأسر تواجه تحديات في الوصول إلى الخدمات. ويسهم هذا العمل في تعزيز فهم الأفراد لحقوقهم وربطهم بآليات الدعم المتاحة.
👧 تواصل مؤسسة شروق الإسهام في جهود حماية الطفل، من خلال دعم الأطفال واليافعين عبر التوعية والحماية ومقاربات إعادة الدمج، بما يعزز مجتمعات أكثر أمناً وشمولاً.
👩 كما تواصل جمعية تنمية المرأة الريفية والمنتدى تعزيز التدخلات المرتبطة بقضايا النساء والفتيات، من خلال التوعية، والحماية، والمشاركة المجتمعية، وربط المجتمعات بمسارات الدعم والخدمات ذات الصلة.
ومن موقع سواسية، نعمل على تعزيز هذا النظام المتكامل من الشراكات، ودعم التعاون بين المؤسسات الرسمية ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني والمجتمعات المحلية، لضمان أن تكون خدمات العدالة أكثر تنسيقاً، وإتاحة، واستجابة لاحتياجات الناس.
أخيراً أتاح الحوار مساحة لتبادل الخبرات حول الدروس المستفادة من التنفيذ، والتحديات القائمة، وفرص تعزيز التعاون.. انطلاقاً من إيماننا بأن تحسين الوصول إلى العدالة ليس تدخلاً منفرداً، بل مساراً مستداماً يقوم على الشراكة والعمل المشترك.
The Sawasya Joint Programme brought together its development partners and civil society actors for a policy dialogue hosted at the High Judicial Council in Ramallah, creating a space to exchange experiences, reflect on implementation, and strengthen coordination.
✨ What stood out from the discussion was not only the dialogue itself, but the work behind it — the continuous efforts taking place across communities to translate justice and protection principles into meaningful support for people.
Across villages, towns, and underserved communities, our partners are strengthening pathways to awareness, protection, and access to services.
🤝 Through NAFS for Empowerment and Al-Baidar, psychosocial support, legal awareness, and protection-focused outreach are reaching individuals and families who face barriers in accessing services. Their work helps people better understand their rights and connect with available support mechanisms.
👧 Shoruq continues to contribute to child protection efforts, supporting children and young people through awareness, protection, and reintegration-focused approaches that promote safer and more inclusive communities.
👩 RWDS and Al Muntada continue to strengthen women-focused interventions, advancing awareness, protection, and community engagement around issues affecting women and girls, while connecting communities with relevant support pathways.
🌱 As Sawasya, our role is to strengthen this ecosystem of partnerships — bringing together institutions, civil society, and communities to ensure that justice services are coordinated, accessible, and responsive to people’s realities.
The dialogue also created space to discuss lessons learned, challenges on the ground, and opportunities to deepen collaboration — because improving access to justice is not a single intervention, but a continuous partnership.
