مؤسسة أهلية شبابية مستقلة غير ربحية مرخصة تأسست عام 2019 ، تعمل في مجال التنمية المجتمعية المستدامة والتمكين الإقتصادي وتعزيز دور الشباب ومكانتهم وزرع قيم العمل التطوعي وروح المبادرة لديهم ، إضافة الى تعزيز دور المرأة ومشاركتها في الحياة العامة مؤسسة بيتنا الشبابي مؤسسة أهلية شبابية مستقلة غير ربحية تأسست عام 2023 تعمل في مجال التنمية المجتمعية وتستهدف شريحة الشباب حيث أنها الشريحة الأكبر في مجتمع

نا الفلسطيني ، وتتبني مبادرات و برامج شبابية خلاقة تعبر عن الشباب أنفسهم وتساهم في حل مشكلاتهم من خلال اعداد خطط واستراتيجيات مؤثرة وفعالة علي المستوي المجتمعي. كما تظهر أهمية الجمعية في تحقيق الهدف الأسمى في زيادة الوعي لدي الشباب نحو الاستقلال، والمسؤولية، والالتزام وتمكينهم من استخدام سلطاتهم لضمان المشاركة الإيجابية في إحداث التغيير داخل مجتمعهم. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، فإنه يساعد الشباب على أن يكون حيويا وبناءً، في تطوير مجتمعهم وتزويدهم بالمعارف والقدرات اللازمة .

قطاع غزة - 16/05/2026
ضمن جهود تعزيز حماية العاملين في المجال الإنساني، شاركت مؤسسة بيتنا الشبابي بالتعاون مع مركز العمل التنموي / معاً في متابعة وتنفيذ مشروع حماية عمال الإغاثة، وذلك بحضور ومتابعة منسق محافظة غزة والشمال الأستاذ مهند قاسم ،إلى جانب الكادر الإداري للمؤسسة.

ويهدف المشروع إلى تقديم منح دعم ومساندة لعمال الإغاثة الإنسانية الذين يتعرضون لأي شكل من أشكال العنف أو الانتهاكات أثناء أداء مهامهم الإنسانية، بما يشمل حالات الاختطاف، التهديد، الإيذاء، الاعتقال أو الاحتجاز، أو أي ظروف تشكل خطراً مباشراً على سلامتهم.

وأكدت المؤسسة أهمية توفير الحماية والدعم النفسي والاجتماعي والإنساني للعاملين في القطاع الإغاثي، تقديراً لدورهم الحيوي في خدمة المجتمع والاستجابة للاحتياجات الإنسانية في ظل الظروف الصعبة التي يمر بها قطاع غزة.

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance the protection of humanitarian workers, Our Youth Home Foundation, in cooperation with the MA’AN Development Center, participated in the follow-up and implementation of the Relief Workers Protection Project, in the presence and supervision of the Gaza and North Governorate Coordinator, Mr. Muhannad Qasem, alongside the Foundation’s administrative staff.

The project aims to provide support grants and assistance to humanitarian relief workers who are exposed to any form of violence or violations while carrying out their humanitarian duties, including kidnapping, threats, abuse, arrest, detention, or any circumstances that pose a direct risk to their safety.

The Foundation emphasized the importance of providing protection and psychological, social, and humanitarian support to relief workers, in recognition of their vital role in serving the community and responding to humanitarian needs amid the difficult conditions facing the Gaza Strip.

قطاع غزة – 05/05/2026
بتمويل من منظمة ديبيبي من أجل التنمية والتعاون، نفذت مؤسسة بيتنا الشبابي مبادرة “نزرع أمل” لدعم مدرسة الأمل، وذلك في إطار جهودها المستمرة لتعزيز صمود القطاع التعليمي وتحسين البيئة الدراسية.

وشملت المبادرة توزيع قرطاسية على الطلبة، بهدف التخفيف من الأعباء المادية عنهم، وتوفير احتياجاتهم الأساسية بما يسهم في دعم مسيرتهم التعليمية.

وفي جانب الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي، تم تنفيذ فقرة تنشيطية مخصصة للطلاب، استهدفت التخفيف من الضغوط النفسية وتعزيز حالتهم المعنوية داخل البيئة المدرسية.

كما تضمنت المبادرة تقديم رزم دراسية للمعلمات داخل المدرسة، إلى جانب تزويدها بأقلام سبورة، وذلك في إطار دعم الكادر التعليمي وتمكينه من أداء مهامه بكفاءة أعلى، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على جودة العملية التعليمية.

Funded by Ong Dibebe Pour Development Etl’aide, Our Youth Home Foundation implemented the “Planting Hope” initiative in support of Al-Amal School, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the resilience of the education sector and improve the learning environment.

The initiative included the distribution of stationery to students, aiming to ease their financial burdens and provide essential supplies that support their educational journey.

In terms of psychosocial support, an interactive recreational session was conducted for students, targeting stress relief and the enhancement of their emotional well-being within the school environment.

The initiative also included the provision of educational kits to female teachers at the school, in addition to supplying whiteboard markers, as part of efforts to support the teaching staff and enable them to perform their duties more effectively, thereby positively impacting the quality of the educational process.

نفذت مؤسسة بيتنا الشبابي، بالشراكة مع منظمة ديبيبي من أجل التنمية والتعاون، زيارة ميدانية إلى مدرسة الأمل، في إطار تعزيز التعاون مع المؤسسات التعليمية.

ومثل مؤسسة بيتنا الشبابي الأستاذ عدنان الكفارنة، مدير عمليات المؤسسة، إلى جانب الكادر الإداري، فيما مثل منظمة ديبيبي من أجل التنمية والتعاون الأستاذة روان النجدي المدير التنفيذي للمنظمة، والكادر الإداري.

وخلال الزيارة، قام الوفد بتفقد سيرورة العملية التعليمية في المدرسة، وناقش أبرز التحديات والاحتياجات.
كما جرى خلال الجلسة بحث آفاق التعاون المشترك، بما يسهم في تطوير البيئة التعليمية وتعزيز جودة الخدمات المقدمة للطلبة.

وأكد الجانبان على أهمية توحيد الجهود لدعم القطاع التعليمي، والعمل على تنفيذ مبادرات مشتركة تستجيب لاحتياجات الطلبة وتسهم في توفير بيئة تعليمية امنة ومحفزة.

Our Youth Home Foundation, in partnership with Ong Dibebe Pour Development Etl’aide, conducted a field visit to Al-Amal School as part of efforts to strengthen cooperation with educational institutions.

Our Youth Home Foundation was represented by Mr. Adnan Al-Kafarna, Operations Manager, along with the administrative staff, while Ong Dibebe Pour Development Etl’aide was represented by Ms. Rawan Al-Najdi, Executive Director of the organization, accompanied by the administrative team.

During the visit, the delegation inspected the progress of the educational process at the school and discussed key challenges and needs. The meeting also explored prospects for joint cooperation aimed at improving the educational environment and enhancing the quality of services provided to students.

Both parties emphasized the importance of unifying efforts to support the education sector and working toward implementing joint initiatives that address students’ needs and contribute to providing a safe and stimulating learning environment.

بتمويل من منظمة ديبيبي من أجل التنمية والتعاون نفذت مؤسسة بيتنا الشبابي مبادرة “سينما المخيم”في محافظة غزة ، كأحد أنشطة الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي للأطفال، بهدف مساعدتهم على التفريغ النفسي والتخفيف من الضغوط التي يعيشونها، ومحاولة إخراجهم من أجواء التوتر والواقع الصعب الذي يحيط بهم.

وتضمنت المبادرة عرض فيلم ترفيهي وتوعوي مناسب لأعمار الأطفال، في بيئة آمنة وتفاعلية، مما ساهم في إدخال الفرح إلى قلوبهم وتعزيز شعورهم بالأمان والانتماء.

Funded by the Dibibi Organization for Development and Cooperation, Our Youth Home Foundation implemented the “Camp Cinema” initiative in Gaza Governorate as part of psychosocial support activities for children. The initiative aimed to help children release emotional stress, alleviate the pressures they face, and provide a temporary escape from the tension and difficult reality surrounding them.

The initiative included screening an entertaining and educational film appropriate for children’s age groups in a safe and interactive environment. This contributed to bringing joy to their hearts and enhancing their sense of safety and belonging.

قطاع غزة – 11/04/2026
وقعت مؤسسة بيتنا الشبابي مذكرة تفاهم مع منظمة ديبيبي من أجل التنمية والتعاون، وذلك تعزيزاً للشراكات الهادفة إلى دعم العمل التنموي والإنساني في قطاع غزة.

وجرى توقيع المذكرة بحضور ممثلين عن الطرفين، حيث مثل مؤسسة بيتنا الشبابي الأستاذ عدنان الكفارنة، مدير العمليات، إلى جانب الكادر الإداري للمؤسسة.
كما مثل منظمة ديبيبي من أجل التنمية والتعاون الأستاذة روان النجدي، المدير التنفيذي للمنظمة، بحضور مدير عام المنظمة المهندس حسن أبو كميل، وبمشاركة الكادر الإداري.

وأكد الطرفان خلال مراسم التوقيع على أهمية توحيد الجهود وتنسيق البرامج بما يسهم في تحسين الظروف المعيشية للفئات المستهدفة، خاصة في ظل التحديات الإنسانية والاقتصادية المتفاقمة التي يشهدها القطاع.

وتهدف مذكرة التفاهم إلى تنفيذ مجموعة من المبادرات والمشاريع المشتركة في مجالات التنمية المجتمعية، وتمكين الشباب، والإغاثة الإنسانية، إلى جانب تبادل الخبرات وبناء القدرات المؤسسية بما يعزز من استدامة العمل المشترك.

Our Youth Home Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DBP Organization for Development and Cooperation, in order to strengthen partnerships aimed at supporting developmental and humanitarian work in the Gaza Strip.

The signing ceremony was attended by representatives of both parties.
Our Youth Home Foundation was represented by Mr. Adnan Al-Kafarna, Operations Manager, along with the administrative staff. DBP Organization for Development and Cooperation was represented by Ms. Rawan Al-Najdi, Executive Director of the organization, in the presence of the Director General, Eng. Hassan Abu Kamil, and the administrative staff.

Both parties emphasized during the signing the importance of unifying efforts and coordinating programs in a way that contributes to improving the living conditions of targeted groups, especially in light of the escalating humanitarian and economic challenges facing the Gaza Strip.

The MoU aims to implement a range of joint initiatives and projects in the fields of community development, youth empowerment, and humanitarian relief, in addition to exchanging expertise and building institutional capacities to enhance the sustainability of joint efforts.

تواصل مؤسسة بيتنا الشبابي العمل على تنفيذ مبادرات لتوزيع الطرود الغذائية على العائلات في قطاع غزة، وذلك في إطار جهودها المستمرة لدعم الأسر المحتاجة والتخفيف عنهم.

وأوضحت المؤسسة أن هذه المبادرة تأتي استجابة للاحتياجات المتزايدة في ظل التحديات المعيشية التي يواجهها السكان، مؤكدة حرصها على الاستمرار في تنفيذ برامج ومشاريع إنسانية لتلبية هذه الاحتياجات.

كما أشارت إلى أن توزيع الطرود تم وفق آلية منظمة تضمن وصول المساعدات إلى مستحقيها.

Our Youth Home Foundation continues to implement initiatives aimed at distributing food parcels to families in the Gaza Strip, as part of its ongoing efforts to support vulnerable households and alleviate their hardships.

The foundation explained that this initiative comes in response to the growing needs amid the challenging living conditions faced by residents, reaffirming its commitment to continue implementing humanitarian programs and projects to meet these needs.

It also noted that the distribution of the food parcels was carried out through an organized mechanism to ensure that assistance reaches its rightful beneficiaries.

رام الله ، 06/04/2026
بالشراكة مع وزارة الثقافة، أطلقت مؤسسة بيتنا الشبابي فعاليات ملتقى الرواية الشفوية في مدينة رام الله، بمشاركة نخبة من الكتّاب والأكاديميين والباحثين والمؤرخين.
يأتي هذا الملتقى تأكيداً على أهمية الرواية الشفوية كجزء أصيل من الذاكرة الوطنية الفلسطينية، ودورها في حفظ التاريخ ونقل التجارب الإنسانية من جيل إلى جيل، وتعزيز الوعي والسردية الوطنية في مواجهة محاولات الطمس والتغييب.
كما شكّل الملتقى مساحة مهمة لتبادل الخبرات، وبحث سبل تطوير أدوات توثيق الرواية الشفوية وتحويلها إلى معرفة علمية موثقة تسهم في خدمة الأجيال القادمة.
تتقدم مؤسسة بيتنا الشبابي بالشكر لوزارة الثقافة وكافة الشركاء على هذه الخطوة المهمة، ونتطلع إلى مزيد من التعاون لتعزيز حضور الرواية الشفوية في حياتنا الثقافية.

Ramallah, 06/04/2026
In partnership with the Ministry of Culture, Our Youth Home Foundation launched the activities of the Oral History Forum in the city of Ramallah, with the participation of a distinguished group of writers, academics, researchers, and historians.

This forum underscores the importance of oral history as an integral part of the Palestinian national memory, highlighting its vital role in preserving history and transmitting human experiences from one generation to another. It also contributes to strengthening awareness and the national narrative in the face of attempts at erasure and marginalization.

The forum further served as an important platform for the exchange of expertise, as well as for exploring ways to develop tools for documenting oral history and transforming it into well-documented scientific knowledge that serves future generations.

Our Youth Home Foundation extends its sincere appreciation to the Ministry of Culture and all partners for this important step, and we look forward to further collaboration to strengthen the presence of oral history in our cultural life.

قطاع غزة - 10/03/2026
نفذت مؤسسة بيتنا الشبابي مبادرة لتوزيع الطرود الغذائية على عدد من الأسر المحتاجة في قطاع غزة، وذلك في مسعى للتخفيف من الأعباء المعيشية عن العائلات وتعزيز قيم التكافل والتضامن المجتمعي خلال الشهر الفضيل.

وشملت المبادرة توزيع عدد من الطرود الغذائية التي تحتوي على احتياجات أساسية.

وأكدت المؤسسة أن هذه المبادرة تأتي ضمن سلسلة من الأنشطة والمبادرات المجتمعية التي تنفذها خلال شهر رمضان، وحرصها للوقوف إلى جانب أبناء شعبنا.

Our Youth Home Foundation implemented an initiative to distribute food parcels to a number of families in need in the Gaza Strip, in an effort to help ease the living burdens on families and promote the values of social solidarity and community support during the holy month of Ramadan.

The initiative included the distribution of several food parcels containing essential supplies.

The foundation confirmed that this initiative comes as part of a series of community activities and initiatives it implements during the month of Ramadan, reflecting its commitment to standing alongside the Palestinian community.
