🌱 𝗔𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽.

The 2nd State of the Organization Address 2026 formally opened with a meaningful gathering that celebrated not only the accomplishments of Usbong Kabataan, but also the people and values that continue to shape its mission.

✨ Setting the tone for the event, our Founder, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘇𝘂𝗲𝗹𝗮, delivered the Welcoming Address, reflecting on the organization's journey from a shared vision into a growing movement of empowered young leaders. His message emphasized that every milestone achieved by Usbong Kabataan is the result of collective commitment, selfless service, and the unwavering belief that the youth can become catalysts of meaningful change.

🎙️ The gathering was further inspired by the keynote address of 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼, 𝗥𝗣𝗺, whose personal leadership journey challenged every delegate to embrace servant leadership with courage, purpose, and authenticity.

MEET THE KEYNOTE SPEAKER 🌟

We are honored to announce that 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗦. 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼, 𝗥𝗣𝗺 will be part of this year’s SOA Year 2 Celebration

Anchored on the theme: “Ang pag-usbong ng makabagong liderato sa makabagong henerasyon”, her presence will bring valuable insight and inspiration to our growing youth leaders.

A 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻, 𝗦𝗞 𝗞𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗔𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗱𝗼, 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, and 𝗠𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝘂𝗺 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗦 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 (𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 – 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗴), she is currently pursuing her 𝗠𝗔 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 (𝗗𝗟𝗦𝗨–𝗗).

She previously served as a Program Officer of the Philippine Mental Health Association and continues her work as a Psychological First Aid (PFA) Responder and mental health resource speaker, championing mental health awareness and psychosocial support in communities.

Let us welcome her as she joins us in this meaningful celebration of leadership, growth, and youth empowerment. 🌟

Tomorrow, the Usbong Kabataan Organization proudly presents its 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗦𝗢𝗔) 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲—a significant milestone that celebrates our journey, honors our achievements, and ushers in a new era of youth leadership.

With this year's theme,

Noong Hunyo 12, 1898, sa Cavite el Viejo (ngayon ay Kawit, Cavite), iwinagayway ang watawat ng Pilipinas at idineklara ang kalayaan mula sa kolonyal na pamamahala ng Espanya sa pamumuno ni Emilio Aguinaldo.

Ngunit ang deklarasyong ito ay hindi pa ganap na kinilala ng ibang bansa noon, at sumunod pa ang panibagong yugto ng kolonyal na paghahari.

Sa paglipas ng panahon, ang Araw ng Kalayaan ay naging paalala hindi lamang ng isang makasaysayang deklarasyon, kundi ng patuloy na pakikibaka para sa tunay na soberanya.

Sa kasalukuyan, ang kalayaan ay hindi na lamang usapin ng watawat at kasaysayan—ito ay usapin ng karapatan, katarungan, at dignidad ng bawat Pilipino.

Bilang kabataan, hindi kami simpleng tagamasid ng kasaysayan. Kami ay bahagi ng kasalukuyang laban—laban sa kawalan ng hustisya, sa hindi pantay na oportunidad, at sa mga sistemang patuloy na sumusubok sa tunay na diwa ng paglaya.

Hangga’t may kabataang nagigipit, may pamilyang naghihirap, at may boses na hindi pinapakinggan, ang pakikibaka para sa tunay na kalayaan ay nagpapatuloy.
