𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒋𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚 𝒊𝒏 𝒑𝒔𝒚𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒚 𝒃𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒂 𝒔𝒊𝒎𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒒𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: 𝒘𝒉𝒚?

From first year to fourth year, that question slowly unfolds into something deeper. What starts as curiosity becomes self-discovery, then direction, and eventually, purpose. Along the way, psychology doesn’t just teach theories—it shapes how we understand people, how we face our own truths, and how we prepare for the path ahead.

At BS Psychology in CPC, you’re not just earning a degree—you’re growing into someone more aware, more empathetic, and ready to make a difference.

So wherever you are in your journey now, one thing remains: 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒔 𝒐𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒇 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖’𝒓𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈.

Ψ | 𝗣𝗦𝗬𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗦 [ 𝟬𝟭.𝟮𝟯.𝟮𝟲 ]: Charot Reading ft. Mind Museum – CPC 78th Founding Anniversary

𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 — The Psychology Central Association successfully launched its foundation activity, “Charot Reading ft. Mind Museum” at DABBA, Blvd Campus.

An afternoon filled with curiosity, creativity, and meaningful conversations, the event brought together students eager to explore the wonders of the mind in a fun and interactive way. From engaging reading sessions to mind-bending activities, every moment reflected the passion and dedication behind this initiative.

This achievement would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts of our PCA officers and members. Indeed, every small effort, every shared idea, and every helping hand contributed to making this event a remarkable success.

Together, we proved that when minds unite with purpose, amazing things happen. 🍀

Ψ | 𝗣𝗦𝗬𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗦 [ 𝟬𝟭.𝟮𝟯.𝟮𝟲 ]: Seminar on Building a Better You: Applying PERMA Model to Personal Growth

𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 — The Psychology Central Association successfully concluded its seminar, “𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂: 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗔 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵,” held yesterday at the Dr. Adolfo B. Bellosillo Auditorium.

The event officially opened with the inspiring Opening Remarks of the Dean of CASE, 𝗗𝗿. 𝗜𝘃𝘆 𝗚. 𝗚𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘁𝗮, followed by the introduction of our beloved resource speaker by PCA President 𝗞𝗹𝗲𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘇. The seminar was meaningfully concluded through the Closing Remarks delivered by 𝗣𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻, RPm, PCA Adviser. We were also deeply honored by the presence and continued support of 𝗗𝗿. 𝗘𝗹𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗔. 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀, who stayed with us throughout the entire event.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗝𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝗲𝗹 𝗕. 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗣𝘀𝘆𝗗, our resource speaker and former psychology professor, whose wisdom continues to touch not only the minds but also the hearts of our students. His words, “𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙡,” strongly reflected the core of the PERMA Model, that positive beliefs cultivate positive emotions, meaningful engagement, and a purposeful life that leads to genuine flourishing.

Thank you, Dr. Noel, for always showing up with passion and for reminding psychology students that they are seen, understood, and capable of becoming their better selves. ☘️✨
