Upang mabigyan ng mas maraming oportunidad ang ating mga kabataang nangangarap makapagtapos ng pag-aaral, nagpulong ang 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙚 noong Abril 21, 2026 sa pangunguna ng ating Mayor Jerwin Sanque Dimapilis upang repasuhin at paigtingin ang mga guidelines at qualifications ng mga karapat-dapat na benepisyaryo.

Layunin ng hakbang na ito na matiyak na sa kabila ng limitadong pondo ng pamahalaan, ang tulong sa edukasyon ay maipagkakaloob sa mga estudyanteng tunay na nangangailangan—lalo na sa mga nagmula sa laylayan ngunit may determinasyong magtagumpay.

📌 𝙈𝙜𝙖 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨:
✔️ Must be a Filipino citizen and a bona fide resident of the Municipality of Roxas for at least one (1) year
✔️ Must submit a Certificate of Indigency issued by the Barangay and validated by the MSWDO
✔️ Must be currently accepted or enrolled in a recognized higher education institution in the municipality
✔️ Must take and pass the Municipal Qualifying Examination
✔️ Parents or guardians must be registered voters of the Municipality
✔️ Must be an incoming first-year college student
