The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay VII, Roxas City brought the magic of Christmas to life during the Christmas Caroling Contest held on a cheerful afternoon at Rizal Court, Brgy. VII, Roxas City. The event was filled with joyful melodies and the spirit of togetherness!

The event highlighted the awarding of the top-performing barangays in the Seal of Good Local Governance. This recognition serves as an incentive for all Barangay Councils to work harder and strive for excellence.
