Please be informed that the offices of the Higher Education Unit (HEU) involved in Admission and Enrollment will be temporarily closed on the following dates:

June 10–11, 2026
HEU Faculty and Staff Team Building

June 12, 2026
Philippine Independence Day (Regular Holiday)

However, offices and classes under the Basic Education Unit (BEU), including Grade School, Junior High School, and Senior High School, will remain operational on June 10–11, 2026. All offices and classes will be closed on June 12, 2026 in observance of Philippine Independence Day.

Concerned students are directed to comply with the provisions stated in the memorandum and to complete the required community service within the prescribed period. 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗹𝘀, 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲.

Students who have valid reasons for their absence but have not yet submitted supporting documents must present the necessary requirements to the Office of Student Affairs & Services on or before June 9, 2026, for proper evaluation.

All concerned students are expected to give this matter their immediate attention and full compliance.
