Today, we prayerfully remember Mother Cecilia Rosa Talangpaz, Servant of God and humble co-foundress of the Beaterio de San Sebastian de Calumpang, now known as the Congregation of the Augustinian Recollect Sisters.

Her unwavering faith, deep trust in Divine Providence, and lifelong dedication to prayer, service, and the education of young women continue to inspire generations. May her example encourage us to live with humility, courage, and a heart fully devoted to God.

Today, the Augustinian Recollect Student Crusaders join the universal Church in solemn joy as we celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel.

On this sacred occasion, we are reminded of the Blessed Virgin Mary’s loving guidance and the mantle of protection she extends to all who seek her maternal intercession. As ARSCians, may we imitate her virtues of humility, faithfulness, obedience, and unwavering devotion to Jesus Christ.

The Brown Scapular stands as a visible sign of Mary’s maternal care and our commitment to live in prayer, grace, and faithful service. Through her quiet strength and enduring love, may we remain steadfast amid life’s trials and learn to encounter God through silence, contemplation, compassion, and mission.

As one community, let us raise our hearts in prayer and loving reverence:

Today, as we celebrate the Feast of Saint Rita of Cascia, we honor the life of the patroness of impossible causes, whose unwavering faith, humility, and perseverance continue to inspire us in our journey of service and devotion.

This sacred celebration reminds us that through faith and trust in God, no burden is too great and no challenge is beyond hope. May the life of St. Rita inspire us to become instruments of peace, compassion, and reconciliation within our families, communities, and the Church.

With the blessing of Sr. Ma. Esperanza Mae Balmores, AR, ARSC National Director, the National Student Executive Board of the Augustinian Recollect Student Crusaders (ARSC) gathered for its monthly meeting for the Month of March.

The meeting served as an opportunity to review ongoing initiatives, discuss current concerns, and prepare for upcoming activities within the ARSC community. Grounded in prayer and guided by shared responsibility, the officers reflected on their commitments and ensured that their plans remain faithful to the mission and values of the organization.

More than a regular meeting, the gathering strengthened the spirit of unity, collaboration, and servant leadership among the members of the board. Through open dialogue and careful planning, the officers renewed their commitment to serve the ARSC community with dedication, humility, and integrity.

As the National Student Executive Board continues its journey of leadership and service, this meeting reaffirmed their shared mission to walk together in faith, respond to the needs of the ARSC community, and lead with one heart for the greater glory of God.
