🥳 151 Years ago today, Carl Jung was born. He grew up to be widely considered one of the most influential psychologists of all time.

“The world hangs on a thin thread, and that is the psyche of man.”

Listen to him speak these words. Jung is saying that inner work (self-awareness, facing one's own psychological depths) isn't just a personal wellness pursuit — it's directly tied to the survival and stability of the world. The "thin thread" is human consciousness itself; how well we understand ourselves determines whether that thread holds or snaps. Still so relevant today.
