Character development muna bago magside quest! 🙇‍♀️

Come and join us this PsycFest 2026 on May 29, 10:00AM-12:00PM at Room 309 as we talk about HR tools. 📇

Think of it as a “learn now, flex later” kind of session. Something you can actually bring with you outside the classroom, especially when things start getting real in internships and future work life. ✔️

And of course… balancing everything out so, this is where real side quests begin 😋: outfit planning, energy saving, and vocalization for the Year-End Party at MPH 2 from 2:30PM onwards.

Plus! We’ll be having a raffle, so who knows? You might leave with new knowledge… and a prize 👀🎁

Let’s wrap this workshop like we wrap every semester and go full to the party. 🥂❤️‍🔥

A short break from acads, a long day at Sports Fest 🏅

A big shoutout to our first and second year students who represented SOMA during Sports Fest. From “that was a clean spike” to “wait bakit foul ako?” moments, you still showed up, played hard, and gave everything on the court.

The energy was on full display as representatives from our beloved AB Psychology students stepped onto the court for the volleyball matches during APC Sports Fest 2026! 🏁⚡

With every serve, rally, and spike, they showcased teamwork, determination, and the strong bond that defines the AB Psych community, playing not just with skill, but with heart.

Thank you for the energy, teamwork, and dedication you brought to every game. Win or lose, you made SOMA proud in every way that mattered. ❤️‍🔥
