During the Philippine Rotary Media Foundation, Inc. Annual Awards and Turnover Ceremonies held on 19 June 2026, PDG Suzanne "Sue" V. Sta. Maria delivered her final message as Chairperson with the same grace, humility, and passion that have defined her years of service.

The Rotary Club of Makati Southeast together with the Rotaract Club of Makati Southeast successfully held its Handover and Strategic Planning Program last 6 May 2026 in Balibago, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna.

The meaningful gathering brought together Rotarians and Rotaractors united in fellowship, collaboration, and shared commitment to service as they prepared for another impactful Rotary year ahead.

The program was headed by Outgoing President Victoria โ€œVikkiโ€ Pangan as she formally initiated the leadership handover to Incoming President Elect Mitch Desunia. The transition reflected the clubโ€™s commitment to continuity, servant leadership, and creating stronger opportunities to serve the community with excellence and compassion.

One of the highlights of the event was the inspiring Strategic Planning Session facilitated by Past District Governor Sue Santa Maria, who generously shared her wisdom, guidance, and valuable insights aligned with Rotary Internationalโ€™s new theme, ๐‚๐‘๐„๐€๐“๐ˆ๐๐† ๐‹๐€๐’๐“๐ˆ๐๐† ๐ˆ๐Œ๐๐€๐‚๐“.

PDG Sue reminded everyone that Rotary does not only transform communities, but also transforms Rotarians through purposeful service, meaningful fellowship, and intentional leadership.

Through engaging discussions and collaborative planning, both Rotarians and Rotaractors were empowered to strengthen sustainable service projects, leadership development, membership engagement, and impactful community initiatives that will continue to create positive change for years to come.

The session emphasized the importance of building a stronger and more club-centered Rotary, where clubs are empowered to design and lead projects that directly respond to the needs of their communities, with the District serving as support and guidance along the way.

The event concluded with renewed inspiration, excitement, and commitment from all attendees as the Rotary Club of Makati Southeast continues its mission of Service Above Self while building programs that truly create lasting impact.

Held at the prestigious ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ ๐‡๐จ๐ญ๐ž๐ฅ, the event gathered Rotarians, community leaders, and distinguished guests to witness the ceremonial turnover of leadership from Outgoing President ๐Š๐ข๐ฆ ๐˜๐ž๐จ๐ง๐  ๐’๐ž๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐  to Incoming President ๐“๐š๐ž ๐˜๐š๐ง๐  ๐‡๐š. The occasion honored a year of dedicated service while ushering in a new chapter of leadership and continued commitment to Rotaryโ€™s mission.

Accompanied by her husband, ๐„๐ซ๐ข๐œ ๐‚๐š๐›๐ซ๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ, Past President Emmieโ€™s presence strengthened the bond between Rotary communities in the Philippines and South Korea. The Rotary Club of Makati Southeast successfully concluded its Culminating Program 2025 held on July 17, 2025 at Barangay San Dionisio Conference Hall, Paraรฑaque.

Led by President Vikki Pangan, the program marked the completion of a meaningful 90 day journey dedicated to supporting nutritionally at risk pregnant women. The initiative reflects Rotaryโ€™s commitment to service above self, bringing hope, nourishment, and care to mothers and families in the community.
