𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 || 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐣𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐋𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐳𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬; 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐘𝐀𝐏 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐱𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲

After a three-day celebration of youth empowerment, leadership, and camaraderie, the delegates from the Municipality of Pambujan concluded their participation in the 52nd Provincial Encampment of the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) held in the Municipality of Lavezares, Northern Samar, from July 10 to 13, 2026.

Throughout the provincial gathering, the thirty-three (33) delegates actively engaged in a series of leadership development activities, learning sessions, cultural presentations, and the highly anticipated Amazing Race, where they demonstrated resilience, cooperation, discipline, and sportsmanship alongside youth delegates from across the province.

Anchored on the theme, "Sustaining the Flame: Institutionalizing Empowered Leadership, Strengthening Governance and Advancing Development Pathways for a Future-Ready PYAP-AKO," the encampment served as a platform for cultivating socially responsible and service-oriented young leaders committed to nation-building and community development.

Beyond the competitions and interactive activities, the delegates forged meaningful friendships, exchanged experiences, and strengthened networks with fellow young leaders, enriching their understanding of youth participation and collaborative governance.

The successful culmination of the provincial encampment marks the beginning of a renewed commitment among the Pambujan delegates to translate the knowledge, values, and experiences they gained into concrete actions that will benefit their respective communities.

PYAP-Pambujan extended its sincere appreciation to Municipal Mayor Hon. Owen Siervo, the Local Government Unit of Pambujan, the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, youth leaders, volunteers, and all stakeholders whose unfaltering support made the municipality's participation in the provincial encampment possible.

As the delegates return home, they carry with them revitalized inspiration, strengthened leadership, and a deeper resolve to become catalysts of positive change, embodying the true spirit of the Filipino youth in building a more empowered, resilient, and progressive Pambujan. #

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 || 𝐏𝐘𝐀𝐏-𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐣𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐚𝐜𝐞

As the drapes gradually drew toward the culmination of the 52nd Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) Northern Samar Provincial Encampment, the delegates of PYAP-Pambujan courageously took on the Amazing Race—the most anticipated event that tested their mental acuity, social cooperation, and physical endurance — held today, July 12, 2026, at Lavezares Central Elementary School, Lavezares, Northern Samar.

The activity commenced with a lively Zumba session to energize the participants, followed by an orientation outlining the mechanics and safety guidelines of the competition. Delegates were then grouped into ten (10) teams composed of randomly selected participants from the different municipalities, encouraging camaraderie, teamwork, and the formation of new friendships beyond local delegations.

The Amazing Race featured ten (10) challenging stations strategically situated around the central and peripheral areas of the school campus. Each station presented unique tasks that demanded critical thinking, effective communication, problem-solving, resilience, and teamwork. The race officially began at 8:40 a.m. and concluded at approximately 4:00 p.m., pushing every participant to persevere despite the physical demands and the day's challenging conditions.

Outstripping it as a competition, the Amazing Race served as a meaningful avenue for cultivating leadership, trust, discipline, and unity among the youth. Through every obstacle conquered and every challenge completed, the delegates embodied the spirit of cooperation and determination that lies at the heart of the PYAP movement, proving that empowered young people can achieve more when they work together toward a common goal. #

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 || 𝐏𝐘𝐀𝐏-𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐣𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Delegates from the Municipality of Pambujan actively participated in various learning sessions as part of the second day of the 52nd Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) Northern Samar Provincial Encampment held in the Municipality of Lavezares, Northern Samar, today, July 11, 2026.

The learning sessions were designed to equip the delegates with essential knowledge, practical skills, and values that will strengthen their leadership, civic engagement, and personal development.

The following breakout sessions were conducted simultaneously at different venues:

- Session 1 – Pastoral Building: Youth Leadership and Nation Building
- Session 2 – School Covered Court: Mental Health, Resilience, and Well-being
- Session 3 – School Multi-Purpose Hall: Digital Citizenship and Responsible Social Media Use
- Session 4 – Philippine National Police (PNP): Volunteerism, Community Service, and Environmental Stewardship
- Session 5 – Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP): Life Skills, Employability, and Entrepreneurship
- Session 6 – NCDC (School Campus): Healthy Relationships, HIV Awareness, and Teenage Pregnancy Prevention

Following the learning sessions and lunch break, all delegates convened at the LCES Covered Court for the integration program, where selected representatives from each breakout session shared their key takeaways, insights, and reflections. The activity served as a platform for participants to consolidate and amalgamate their learning and appreciate the diverse perspectives presented throughout the sessions.

Tonight, delegates will prepare for the much-anticipated Mental Health Night, an evening activity that aims to promote emotional well-being, meaningful connections, and camaraderie among the participants.

The PYAP-Pambujan delegation conveys its appreciation to Municipal Mayor Hon. Thirty-three (33) delegates from the Municipality of Pambujan participated in the 52nd Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) Northern Samar Provincial Encampment held in the Municipality of Lavezares. Donning the theme, "𝘚𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘦: 𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘻𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘌𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱, 𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘎𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘋𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘗𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘍𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦-𝘙𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘗𝘠𝘈𝘗-𝘈𝘒𝘖," the activity officially kicked off today, July 10, and will run until July 13, 2026.

The encampment commenced with a Holy Mass, followed by a parade where the Pambujan delegates actively participated alongside delegates from other municipalities across the province, drawing a vibrant spectrum of high-spirited energy and gimik as they proudly represented their respective banners. This was followed by a preliminary activity where representatives from each municipality dared to answer the expectations for the entire encampment.

The banner-raising ceremony then followed, manifesting each camp's pride through a swift raising of hope, bringing the spirit to its zenith. A yell presentation came next, where the Pambujanons showcased the ignition of leadership, creativity, and joy that they could inspire in others — blazing the fire within, as the orchid shade on their shirts was not only worn but truly embodied.

Tonight, the delegates are currently attending the Welcome Night, where they continue to build camaraderie and strengthen bonds with fellow youth leaders from across Northern Samar. The evening also serves as an opportunity to celebrate unity, friendship, and the shared commitment of every delegate toward meaningful youth leadership and community development.

PYAP-Pambujan extends its heartfelt gratifications to Municipal Mayor Hon.
