Wildlife In Need Foundation - Philippines A non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of species and the enhancement of animal well-being.

WIN is a US-based non-profit organization with headquarters in California registered in the Philippines in 2003 as Wildlife In Need Foundation. The headquarters of WIN Philippines is in Subic Bay, an area with one of the few remaining intact rainforests in the country. The headquarters is also home to the wildlife rescue center and animal care clinic. WIN was registered in the Philippines upon recognition that the countryโ€™s incredible biodiversity is at risk from massive environmental devastation and human impact. Our current efforts focus on the wildlife pet trade, rescue and rehabilitation of terrestrial wildlife and marine mammals, public education on environmental issues, and improving the care and welfare of domestic animals.

Snakes are among the most misunderstood animals, often feared despite the vital role they play in nature. Far from being villains, they are key protagonists in keeping our ecosystems healthy.

By naturally controlling rodent populations, snakes help protect crops and reduce the spread of diseases. As both predators and prey, they also help maintain the delicate balance of food webs, supporting the health and stability of our environment.
