June 13, 2026 session with the PDLs (Persons Deprived of Liberty) was a powerful reminder that behind every inmate is a human being with a story, a struggle, and a desire for a better future.

Through Emotional Mapping, Identity Drop, and Positive Emotion Integration, the participants were given an opportunity to process emotions, release self-blame, and gain clarity about who they can become beyond their past mistakes.

Many carry burdens that are not visible to the eye, regret, guilt, shame, and uncertainty about what lies ahead. Yet, throughout the session, one message became clear: a person’s past does not have to define their future.

A person may be deprived of liberty, but should never be deprived of hope, dignity, purpose, and the opportunity to transform.

As a coach, coach Joaquin mission extends beyond helping clients achieve personal success. It also means serving those who need hope the most, helping them see that true transformation begins not with a change in circumstances, but with a change in identity.

Because every person deserves the chance to write a new chapter.

As an emotional wellness advocate, my mission is to ensure that no one has to process life's heaviest transitions alone. Today, I was reminded why pro bono coaching is the heartbeat of my work.

I held space for a remarkable client who is facing one of the rarest eye conditions in the country. In the face of an uncertain future, we used breathwork, deep coaching, and identity work to peel back the layers of fear. Through a single, powerful word of declaration, she reclaimed her narrative.

Sometimes, true healing begins when we stop asking, "What if I lose this?" and courageously ask, "Who am I beyond it?"

There are no quick fixes for chronic or rare conditions, but today we found something better: clarity, courage, and a grounded sense of self.

A powerful day of learning and action with the youth of Sta. Rita!

This workshop serves as a call for every Filipino to identify the "5Ks" or societal ailments that hold us back. By bringing together youth leaders and organizers, we are sparking collective action to demand Truth, Accountability, and Justice in our community and beyond.

The youth isn't just the future, they are the stewards of today.
