To the Bereaved Family of Ella Tumaca Acupan,

​On behalf of the Federated RIC Numancia, we wish to extend our deepest and most heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Ella Tumaca Acupan.

​As the RIC Municipal Coordinator for MAO-Ibajay, Ella was more than just a dedicated public servant; she was a pillar of the Rural Improvement Club community. Her commitment to empowering rural women and her tireless efforts within the Municipal Agriculture Office have left an indelible mark on our province. Her passion, leadership, and kindness will be greatly missed by all of us who had the privilege of working alongside her.

​We join you in mourning the loss of a remarkable woman. May you find strength in the cherished memories she left behind and comfort in the knowledge that her legacy lives on through the many lives she touched.
