🎨✨ Celebrating creativity, culture, and heritage at the Pinta it Panublion On-the-Spot Painting Contest in honor of the 70th Aklan Day!

Congratulations to all the talented winners whose artworks beautifully captured the spirit and identity of Aklan. 🏆🖌️

The Top 16 paintings are now on exhibit at the lobby of the Aklan Provincial Capitol Building from May 11 to June 12, 2026. Come and witness these inspiring masterpieces that showcase the rich artistry and panublion of our province. 💙💛
