The Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines (PCAP) invites all Registered Criminologists to participate in its Continuing Professional Development Training Program entitled:
DRUG EVIDENCE MANAGEMENT:
Chain of Custody, Integrity, and Legal Compliance
This specialized CPD training is designed to strengthen the legal, operational, and procedural competencies of criminology professionals in the proper handling, preservation, documentation, and presentation of drug-related evidence.
The program will focus on the requirements of Republic Act No. 9165, chain of custody compliance, Section 21 protocols, evidentiary integrity, jurisprudential standards, and common procedural lapses affecting the prosecution of drug cases.
Date: August 1 and 2, 2026
Mode: Online via Zoom
Duration: 16 Hours
Fee: FREE for all Registered Criminologists
