Ito ay pinangunahan ng Ating Barkada Kontra Droga (ABKD), Kabataan Kontra Droga At Terorismo (KKDAT), together with DLL ICES.

Ang unang implementasyon ng Linis Barkada ay naging matagumpay sa tulong ng mga kabataan na nagkakaisa para gumawa ng pagbabago para sa masa๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ’š
