Sa loob ng 118 taon, itinuro sa atin ng UP na ang Honor, Excellence, at Service ay hindi lamang para sa panahon bilang mga Iskolar ng Bayan sa loob ng pamantasan—kundi mga pagpapahalagang dala at isinasabuhay natin saan man tayo dalhin.

Bilang UPAAQ, ipinagdiriwang natin ang pamana ng UP sa pamamagitan ng UP IKOT sa Alabat—bilang munting pagbabalik at patuloy na paglilingkod sa komunidad.

Please see the official statement of the UP Alumni Association of Quezon regarding the requested postponement of the UP IKOT Medical Mission in Alabat, together with the official communication from LGU Alabat.

We are sharing these documents to keep everyone informed and aligned following recent developments affecting the June 11–13 schedule.

We recognize the effort and coordination invested by many members and partners in preparation for this initiative and appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we navigate the next steps.

While plans may shift, our commitment to meaningful service remains.

Meanwhile, the other planned UP IKOT component, the CSO Assembly, will continue as scheduled this June 16-19 and June 21-23. Interested volunteers are still very much welcome to join.

The UP General Homecoming 2026 returns this August 16 at Ang Bahay ng Alumni, UP Diliman.

The University of the Philippines Alumni Association warmly invites the UP community to come together once again in celebration of shared memories, lifelong connections, and the enduring UP spirit.

This year, we honor our Jubilarians:

• Diamond Jubilarians — Class of 1966
• Golden Jubilarians — Class of 1976
• Ruby Jubilarians — Class of 1986
• Silver Jubilarians — Class of 2001

Let us celebrate the generations of Iskolar ng Bayan who continue to embody honor, excellence, and service.

A preparatory meeting for Jubilarians will also be held ahead of the Homecoming proper. Deadline for the submission of photos, articles, and write-ups is on May 29, 2026.

18 days to go before UP IKOT 2026 in Alabat, Quezon!

Preparations are now in full swing as volunteers, doctors, partners, and communities come together for this year’s mission.

UP IKOT 2026 brings together healthcare services and community development initiatives for the people of Alabat through:

🩺 Medical and health services
🦷 Dental mission and laboratory activities
👁 Eye care consultations
💊 Medicines support and health education
🌻 CSO Academy and community development programs

It is always a privilege to serve alongside individuals and organizations willing to share their time, expertise, resources, and support for the community.

🌻 Connecting possible doctors, partners, and supporters to the mission

A MISSION OF SERVICE.
AN IKOT OF COMPASSION.

UP IKOT: Isang Kilos Oblation Tour of the UP Alumni Association Quezon (UPAAQ) once again calls on fellow Iskos, Iskas, and volunteers to take part in this year’s outreach mission in Alabat, Quezon.

This year’s Medical Mission is expected to serve over 200 patients from Alabat and nearby communities through medical consultations and community outreach activities. Due to geographic and logistical challenges, many residents continue to face limited access to healthcare services.

We are currently seeking volunteer general practitioners, specialists, and healthcare professionals who may be willing to render medical consultations and support the medical mission on June 12 and/or 13.

More doctors joining the mission would allow us to serve more patients, provide more consultations, and extend care to more families in the community.

If you or someone you know may be interested in volunteering, we would be honored to serve beside you.
