𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟳 & 𝟴 | 𝗞𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗞𝗕𝗔𝗬 𝗡𝗜 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗔 🌿✨

As we arrive at the 𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗘𝗡𝗗 𝗢𝗙 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗝𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗘𝗬, we give thanks for the grace that has carried us through every step. This pilgrimage of faith has been a season of 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗪𝗧𝗛, 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗗𝗘𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗚𝗢𝗗.

For the youth, it has been a long but meaningful journey of 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘, 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡—learning new lessons, building Christ-centered friendships, and strengthening the courage to say 𝗬𝗘𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗗, just like 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗬, who trusted fully in God’s perfect will without fear or hesitation.

May this journey remind us that faith is not just a moment, but a lifelong walk with Christ—where every sacrifice becomes grace, and every step becomes a testimony.

A heartfelt 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦, 𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦, 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗕𝗘𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡. Your dedication, patience, and love have helped shape young hearts closer to God and His purpose.

𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗢 🙏

In this time of uncertainty caused by the earthquake, we lift up the people of Mindanao to the loving mercy of the Lord. May hearts be 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗗, lives be 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗗, and hope be 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗗 amid fear and aftershocks.

We entrust every family and every community to the 𝗔𝗟𝗠𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗬 𝗙𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥, the source of all 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗧, 𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗘, and 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗧𝗛.

Through the intercession of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, may 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚, 𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘, and 𝗗𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 be poured upon Mindanao.

𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗗, calm the earth, calm the hearts, and keep Your people safe. 𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡 🙏

🎶 “I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever.” (John 6:51)

As we celebrate 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, we are reminded of the profound mystery of our faith—that Jesus Christ is truly present in the 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗘𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁, His 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱, given for the life of the world.

Through the inspiring homily of 𝗥𝗲𝘃. 𝗙𝗿. 𝗚𝗲𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗕. 𝗔𝗹𝗳𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗼, 𝗠𝗦𝗖, we are invited to reflect on the meaning of the word “𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡.” It is not merely a response, but a personal profession of faith: “𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡 — 𝟬𝟬 𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘁𝘂-𝗼 𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗶 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼. 𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘂𝗴 𝗱𝘂𝗴𝗼 𝗻𝗶 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼 𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗮-𝗮 𝗻𝗮𝗴 𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼.”

On this 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 | 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, Rev. Fr. George B. Alfonso, MSC reminds us to be careful on our decisions. He also invites us to reflect on how we respond in moments when we feel anger toward the state of our leadership and the condition of our nation. While it is easy to point fingers and feel frustration over what we see as failures in governance, we are also called to look inward, recognizing that part of the situation is shaped not only by the actions of others, but also by our own negligence, silence, and personal shortcomings in seeking what is truly good for all.

In this light, what we experience becomes not only a reason for anger but also a call to repentance, awareness, and responsibility in building a more just and compassionate society. In these times when we are called to discern voices, choices, and directions that shape the future of our communities, may we not be easily swayed by what is seen on the surface. True wisdom comes from prayerful discernment, humility, and a heart anchored in truth and love.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | Walking Together as One in Hope ✨

With the theme, “BECS AS LOCUS OF SYNODALITY: HOPE TO OUR WOUNDED WORLD,” our presentation portrayed the realities faced by many people today—poverty, injustice, corruption, division, and the struggles brought about by political and social issues. 🤍

Through every scene, movement, and expression, we reflected how these challenges continue to wound our communities and affect the lives of ordinary people. Yet amidst these difficulties, we are reminded that hope remains alive when people choose unity over division, truth over deception, and service over self-interest. ✨

As members of the Church and the Basic Ecclesial Communities (BECS), we are called not only to recognize the wounds of society but also to become instruments of healing. Synodality teaches us to listen to one another, walk together, and work for the common good—especially for those whose voices are often unheard.

This presentation served as a reminder that real leadership is rooted in integrity, compassion, and genuine service to the people. In a world affected by conflicts, corruption, and broken systems, we are called to be bearers of hope, justice, and God's love. 🤍

May we continue to build communities where faith inspires action, where unity overcomes division, and where hope shines brighter than the wounds of our world. ✨

The journey continues… and so does our faith. 💙Successfully completed 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟱 & 𝟲 at 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝟮 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 and 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗼𝗴 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿. 🙏🏻✨

Every road we walked, every prayer we offered, and every heart that joined this pilgrimage became a reminder that serving God through Mama Mary is never a wasted journey. In every tired step, there was joy. In every challenge, there was purpose. And in every gathering, there was faith that continues to grow stronger. 🌤️🕊️

Sometimes we ask ourselves, “Kapoy na ba?”
But seeing young people continue to walk, pray, sacrifice, and stay devoted reminds us that this generation still carries hope for the Church. 💫

This Ka-Lakbai is more than a journey from one cluster to another, it is a journey of hearts returning to God, together with Mary. 🤍
