TOURNAMENT MECHANICS AND RULES:

A team should register FIVE (5). No changing of players, and IGN. Teams ARE NOT ALLOWED to play 4vs5 if a player went missing. Players/Teams who are found to have duplicate entries will have their registration voided without notice.

All teams will be randomized by Challonge's system. The one randomly placed above in a match bracket with be the "first pick" and the spectator (one member of the official) will be the one who will make the game room (Draft Pick Mode).

Each Teams will be given 2 pauses ( 1-2 minutes only ) for the rest of the games. The Organizer will not be providing any wifi or internet connection in the said event, so the players will be using their own internet connection or data. The teams are also allowed to bring their own extension cord incase of battery insufficiency.

All games will be started together because this is a one day tournament. Game room will be facilitated by one spectator and may start the game once both teams are ready and have agreed to start the games. WE ARE VERY STRICT OF OUR TIME! Players that are late to come in the venue will be automatically forfeited. Teams that are not ready or have not arrived at the venue within 20 minutes from the agreed time this will be considered as no show and will be disqualified from the tournament. At the end of the game, winner or lose picture opt will be done and pictures will be posted at our page.

Our Atabay Youth Officers and game handlers are taught to be considerate, fair and will handle the players with care. We ask that the players should also be considerate with our rulings and also show good behavior and sportsmanship to our SK officials, game Handlers and the other players. Please join and play the events handled by your officials with good and proper conduct. No trash talking (any form of in-game chats are not allowed including quick chats) , no taunting, do not use or say any words that are inappropriate to all officias especially to other players. Let's all be part of a happy Community!

β Dishonest or fake information. This includes wrong Facebook account information, player information, location information and other lies in communication with opposing teams and Atabay Youth Officers.
β A team who shows bad behavior, toxicity and attitude problem in game, in chats, and in public postings.
β Dishonest and wrong information will disqualify the whole team. Make sure your players are not joining multiple teams or have duplicate entries.
β No show or failure to have a complete team on the agreed time and after the given 20-min time allowance.
β Any forms of cheating. This includes the use of 3rd party apps, piloting or accounts played by unregistered players, etc.
