Gender Sensitivity and Gender Analysis Training for officers and members of the Liga ng mga Barangay of Catbalogan City.

The training, attended by 285 participants and divided into 4 batches, was conducted as a preparatory activity for the gender planning and budgeting for the barangays. KKSI chair Adelpha Mabulay facilitated the training.

Day 1 of GAD Responsive Plan and Budget

Facilitating the Catbalogan City Liga ng mga Barangay Capacity Building for a Gender-responsive GAD Plan and Budget. With Executive Director, Adelpha Mabulay, Training Officer Evette Nachura and KKSI staff, Rosemarie Abrogar. This 6-day capacity building activity is a collaborative effort of the Liga, the City Planning and Development Office, City DILG and the CSWDO.
