𝐋𝐎𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 | From spark to flame—𝗗𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗕 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄.

What was once a shadow in the dark now stands sharp and unmistakable. The draft has taken flight, the lens has found its focus — and 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗞𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗴𝗼 formally unveils the 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 2026.

"𝗗𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗕: 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘇𝗲 — 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆" is more than a theme — it is a call. A call to look closer, question deeper, and design with purpose. Where 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 meets 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, and 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 meets 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, we find the true foundation of spaces that serve the people.

The target is set. The focus, unshaken. Every detail from this point forward builds toward one moment — this 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿, when the blueprint finally unfolds in full.

𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦 | A Day of Bonding and Building! ✨

It’s not just about the drawings, designs, and blueprint, a strong team is built not only through working together, but through the connections, laughter, and memories we share along the way.

On August 23, 2026, the UAPSA-SSU Officers for Fiscal Year '26–'27 gathered at Buri Baras Beach for a day of fun, bonding, and—let's be honest—a little bit of ✨brainrot✨ along the way.

Who knew chewed gum could become a building material? 😭 From building wind-resistant structures using straws and, of all things, chewed gum, to taking on different challenges that tested our teamwork and coordination, the day was full of laughter, chaos, and fun. In the end, we learned that building a strong team can be as simple as working together, having fun, and figuring things out along the way. 🏗️

𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦 | BOS & AO 2026

"Do not simply aspire to be a successful architect. Aspire to become an architect whose work has meaning".

On August 17th, the annual Basic Orientation Seminar and Architecture Orientation was held at the SSU Convention, 3rd floor. Students from Batch Magindara to Batch Minokawa participated in this said event.

This activity was spearheaded by the incoming officers of UAPSA-SSU, guided by their Advisers.

The BOS and AO aims to guide the students for their architecture journey, talked about the materials each year will need, what to expect after graduation, how to acquire that license and so much more.

Remember looking up at the sky as a kid, wondering what you'd become someday? For a lot of us, that same wonder is what led us here—to architecture, to this org, and to this exact moment.

Today, we finally meet. Some of you have been talking online for weeks; others are walking in without knowing a single face—and that's okay. Every batch before you started exactly the same way.

This is 𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗔 — 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘀, 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗸𝘆𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲. Just like a tala lights the way through the darkest sky, this org—your batchmates, your mentors, and the people you'll meet today—will be the light guiding you through this journey. And little by little, guided by that light, you'll start shaping your own skyline: your own path, your own story as a future architect.

So today isn't about having it all figured out. It's about showing up. The friendships, the late nights, and the version of yourself you're still becoming—it all starts now.
