UAPSA was established in 1989 as an arm and junior partner of United Architects of the Philippines (UAP - IAPOA), the integrated and accredited professional organization of architects in the Philippines. Its purpose is to motivate and install discipline among architectural students and to propagate the goals and aspirations of all architects.

๐”๐€๐๐’๐€ is an organization known to cater to Architecture students, organize seminars, events, and activities to empower them. With members from up to 90 different schools all over the Philippines, it is affiliated with over twelve thousand five hundred members.

Today, as aspiring architects, we celebrate the awareness, promotion, and intensification of standards regarding Green Architecture in the Philippines and apply these regulations and their importance in our practice of studying Architecture.

This is also a continuing wake-up call to DPWH to strengthen the ordinance, obey its mandate, and be accountable for its decisions. After all, our goal is to reach a sustainable future to protect the next generation and the environment in our beloved country.

As one flame gathers into many, UAPSA UE-CAL joined fellow UAPSA chapters at the 34th UAPSA Quadripartite 2026 โ€“ Blazing Trails: Sustaining UAPSA through Edifying Excellence, last August 30, 2026, at the Renaissance Convention Center, Marikina City.

Every freedom we enjoy today carries a story of sacrifice. Behind the country we know is a generation of Filipinos who chose to stand, to fight, and to give what they had for the freedom we now call our own.

As we commemorate National Heroes Day, we honor the men and women who became part of that story. Their courage gave meaning to the freedom we inherited, but their sacrifice also leaves us with a question: ๐˜„๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐˜„๐—ถ๐—น๐—น ๐˜„๐—ฒ ๐—ฑ๐—ผ ๐˜„๐—ถ๐˜๐—ต ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ณ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ผ๐—บ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐˜† ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ด๐—ต๐˜ ๐˜€๐—ผ ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ด๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐˜‚๐˜€?

Because remembering our heroes should not end with knowing their names or remembering the battles they fought. Ang tunay na pag-alala ay nasa pagpapatuloy ng kanilang ipinaglabanโ€”in choosing to care for our country, to stand when it matters, and to serve in whatever way we can.

We may not face the same battles they once did, but we carry the same responsibility to keep moving the country forward. Kung minsan na nilang ipinaglaban ang bayan para sa atin, panahon naman natin upang ipaglaban ang bayan para sa susunod na henerasyon.

For a country built on sacrifice.
For a freedom worth protecting.

As communities continue to recover from the recent typhoon, many families are now facing the challenges brought by its aftermath. With the need for essential resources and support continuing, collective action can play an important role in helping affected communities move forward.

In response, we are launching a Donation Drive for Typhoon-Affected Communities to extend assistance to those in need and support their ongoing recovery.

We invite individuals, organizations, and members of the community to take part in this initiative through financial contributions. Every act of generosity, regardless of its amount, can contribute to providing meaningful support where it is needed most.
