Happy Teachers' Day to our selfless, dedicated, and hardworking COMM teachers and professors! 🤩🙌🏻

Every meaningful message begins with someone who taught us that words matter.

To our professors who turn lessons into conversations, questions into discoveries, and ideas into stories worth sharing, thank you for helping us understand that communication is not simply about speaking—it is about listening, connecting, and giving meaning to every voice.

The confidence to stand before a crowd, the courage to share an idea, and the ability to tell a story with purpose are all shaped by the people who first encouraged us to speak.

Today, we celebrate you. We always wish for good health, happiness, and renewed strength as you keep empowering and uplifting generations of students.

On 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟑, 𝟏𝟗𝟕𝟐, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏𝟎𝟖𝟏 declared Martial Law in the Philippines. Signed by Former President Ferdinand Marcos Sr., it ushered in one of the most defining and difficult chapters in our nation’s history.

For years, democracy was silenced, freedoms were taken, and countless lives bore the weight of injustice. Yet from that darkness rose the courage of those who resisted, the voices that refused to be silenced.

Today, 54 years later, we commemorate not only the declaration but the courage of those who fought for freedom and truth.
