HAPPY BIRTHDAY,
CHAIRMAN JESSE JAMES COOLEY LLAMADO! ๐
August 14
โInspiring Leaders. Uplifting Lives.
Building with Purpose.โ
Today, Elevaxion celebrates not simply the birthday of our Chairman, but the continuing story of a man whose journey has moved across business, finance, real estate, education, leadership development, community service, and faithโwith one thread consistently connecting them all: the desire to help people move forward.
The story of Jesse James Cooley Llamado, REB, RFPยฎ, CIS, MEnt is not the story of someone who stayed within a single profession. It is the story of a builder.
A builder of businesses.
A builder of people.
A builder of communities.
And, through Elevaxion, a builder of servant leaders.
๐ทFROM FINANCE TO ENTREPRENEURSHIP
His professional foundations were laid in finance.
Jesse graduated from the University of Baguio in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Finance, before beginning his corporate career with Procter & Gamble Philippines. His professional biography also records experience as a tax accountant at P&Gโa foundation that would later intersect naturally with his work in financial planning, entrepreneurship, and investments.
But his career would not remain inside the corporate world.
In 2009, Jesse entered real-estate sales as a property specialist with Anchor Land Holdings. That experience eventually developed into a broader career in brokerage and entrepreneurship.
He became a Licensed Real Estate Broker, with his professional license issued in 2016; PRC records also identify Jesse James Llamado under broker registration number 0029394.
Then came another important chapter.
In 2018, Jesse became Co-Founder of JML2 Realty, where he now serves as Chief Growth Officer. JML2 describes itself as a privately managed real-estate brokerage firm focused on helping clients make sound property-investment decisions. His role reflects something that has increasingly defined his career: moving beyond making transactions toward building sustainable enterprises and helping people make better decisions.
๐ทFINANCIAL LITERACY AS STEWARDSHIP
Long before financial education became part of his public platform, Jesse encountered the Registered Financial Planner (RFPยฎ) program through his spiritual and finance mentor, Randell Tiongson.
He eventually earned the RFP designation in 2014.
What followed is perhaps more significant than the credential itself.
Jesse has shared how financial planning changed his own habits: disciplined budgeting, intentional saving, investing, understanding the psychology of money, and developing long-term financial plans. Before marriage, he created a five-year financial plan and later revised it with his wife. Today, they hold annual dream-planning sessions connecting their finances with their faith, family goals, and long-term vision.
That personal discipline eventually became something he could teach others.
His University of Baguio alumni profile records his work teaching financial literacy to students at institutions including UST, DLSU and PUP, as well as audiences from organizations such as San Miguel, Ayala Land, Universal Robina Corporation and P&G. His financial expertise has also brought him to television, radio, podcasts and other media, including appearances cited by his profiles on The 700 Club, Light TV, Tee Radio and Bounceback Network.
He has also been listed as a speaker of the Financial Fitness Forum, representing the intersection of his work as an RFPยฎ, licensed broker and business leader.
For Chairman Jesse, financial literacy is therefore bigger than accumulating wealth.
It is about stewardship.
As he explained in his RFP Philippines feature, financial planning became a way of aligning money with faith, family and legacy.
๐ทTHE ENTREPRENEUR WHO KEPT LEARNING
Even after years in business, Jesse chose to return to the classroom.
From 2024 to 2026, he pursued graduate studies at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, completing the Master in Entrepreneurship (MEnt) program.
His own reflection on that experience beautifully describes the evolution of his leadership:
He entered the program as a doerโalways moving toward the next opportunityโbut emerged thinking more like a builder: more strategic, purpose-driven and focused on sustainable growth.
Ateneoโs MEnt program later featured Jesseโs journey as an example of the transition โfrom doing to building,โ emphasizing his development of a more strategic and purpose-driven approach to enterprise growth.
That distinction matters.
Because perhaps one of the strongest lessons from Chairman Jesseโs journey is that leadership does not mean reaching a point where we stop learning.
The greater the responsibility, the greater the need to grow.
๐ทTHE COMMUNICATOR AND LEADER
Jesseโs leadership journey has also included years of developing his ability to communicate and influence.
Records from Maharlika Toastmasters Club show him actively participating in leadership and speaking activities as early as 2017โ2018, including facilitating Table Topics and serving as General Evaluator.
His professional credentials further include certification as a YOUnique Facilitator under Jayson Lo, Rotary Leadership Institute training, and professional speaking engagements. He is also listed among the coaches of Thought Leaders Philippines.
He would eventually become a co-author of Gameplan of the Underdog, alongside fellow Elevaxion speakers.
But communication, for him, became more than speaking well.
It became a means of equipping others.
๐ทSERVICE BEYOND BUSINESS
His leadership also found expression outside the boardroom.
Jesse has been active with the Rotary Club of Ermita Manila since 2014, according to his University of Baguio alumni profile.
He co-founded the Philippine Advocates for Consultants and Trainers (P.A.C.T.), extending his involvement into the professional learning and development community.
His current professional profile also reflects his entrepreneurial involvement with Clean and Fix, alongside his continuing roles across business and professional communities.
Across these different spacesโfinance, property, entrepreneurship, professional development and civic organizationsโthe roles may change, but the pattern remains recognizable:
Build something. Develop someone. Serve somewhere.
๐ทAND THEN THERE IS ELEVAXION.
Perhaps this is where the different pieces of Chairman Jesseโs journey come together most clearly.
Jesse is a Co-Founder and Chairman of Elevaxion Inc., a Christian nonprofit movement established around a compelling mission:
๐ทINSPIRING LEADERS. UPLIFTING LIVES.
Elevaxion exists to help develop servant leaders while extending meaningful support to communities.
His University of Baguio profile reported that, under Elevaxionโs leadership, 1,053 families in Puray, Rizal had been helped since 2020, and that the organization was recognized by the Anti-Red Tape Authority in 2022 as a champion against corruption.
The organizationโs broader published profile reports an expanding footprint of more than 15,139 individuals reached, 4,953 families supported and 125 projects completed across leadership development and community initiatives. Its programs have included leadership academies, public-speaking development, leadership conferences, feeding initiatives and sustainable water projects.
Those numbers are important.
But Jesse himself has articulated an even deeper measurement of service.
In speaking about Elevaxion, he said:
โWe grow by sharing. We lead by serving.โ
That may be one of the simplest ways to understand the Chairman we celebrate today.
Service is not something reserved for the day when we finally have enough.
Leadership is not simply a position.
Impact is not merely measured by recognition.
It begins by showing up.
For the dreamers.
For people who need another opportunity.
For communities that need support.
For emerging leaders who need someone to believe in them.
For the next generation.
And Jesseโs own stated life mission captures this direction beautifully: to use his God-given gifts to create meaningful impact, lead with clarity, rise through challenges, and help people make wise decisions that transform their lives and future.
๐ทBEYOND THE TITLES
And yet, beyond Chairman, entrepreneur, broker, financial planner, speaker, mentor and community leader, there is another dimension that matters deeply.
Jesse is a husband and father.
His reflections on financial stewardship repeatedly return to family. He speaks about planning with his wife, aligning their dreams with their faith, and treating wealth not merely as personal success but as something connected to responsibility and legacy.
Perhaps that is also why his leadership resonates with Elevaxionโs vision.
Because servant leadership is not first proven on a stage.
It is lived in our homes, relationships, businesses, communitiesโand in the decisions nobody applauds.
๐ทTODAY, ELEVAXION HONORS THE MAN BEHIND THE MISSION.
Chairman Jesse, on your birthday, we celebrate everything God has allowed you to buildโbut even more, we celebrate the person you continue becoming while building it.
From the young Finance graduate of 2007,
to the corporate professional,
to becoming an RFPยฎ in 2014,
to the licensed real-estate broker,
to the entrepreneur who co-founded JML2 Realty in 2018,
to the speaker and financial-literacy advocate,
to the community servant,
to the husband and father,
to the Ateneo Master in Entrepreneurship graduate,
and to the Chairman helping carry Elevaxionโs mission forwardโ
your journey reminds us that success becomes more meaningful when achievement turns into stewardship, influence becomes service, and leadership creates opportunities for others to rise.
This is nation-building in its most practical form.
One financially empowered person at a time.
One responsible entrepreneur at a time.
One family at a time.
One community at a time.
One servant leader at a time.
And there is still much ahead.
As you begin another year, our prayer is beautifully captured in Proverbs 16:3 (NIV):
โCommit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.โ
May God continue to establish the work of your hands.
May He give you wisdom for every enterprise you build, discernment for every decision you make, humility for every position entrusted to you, strength for every community you serve, and grace to continue leading your family and the people around you well.
May the businesses grow.
May the communities flourish.
May the leaders you mentor become leaders who mentor others.
May the lives you uplift someday uplift thousands more.
And may every success remain anchored to the purpose from which it began.
Happy Birthday, ๐
Chairman Jesse James Cooley Llamado!
๐๐๐ฅณ
Thank you for reminding us that leadership is not ultimately about how high one risesโbut how many people are inspired, equipped and uplifted along the way.
Continue building.
Continue serving.
Continue inspiring.
Together, may we continue the work of Inspiring Leaders. Uplifting Lives.
With gratitude and prayers,
Your Elevaxion Community ๐ค๐
