Su***de prevention begins with conversations, compassion, and the courage to care. Let us break the silence around mental health and create a space where asking for help is never a reason for shame. Check in on your family, friends, classmates, and the people around you. Your life holds value, even on the days you cannot see it. Your presence matters. Keep reaching out. Keep holding on.

This National Heroes Day, we honor the Filipinos whose courage, sacrifice, and love for the country helped shape the nation we know today.

From those who fought for our freedom to those who continue to stand for truth, justice, and the Filipino people, their legacy reminds us that nation-building is a responsibility passed from one generation to the next. Their stories live on not only in history, but in every Filipino who chooses to serve, speak up, and make a difference.

As we remember their sacrifices, may we carry their courage forward and keep the spirit of heroism alive in all that we do.

Mabuhay ang mga bayani ng Pilipinas! ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ

Press freedom is not a privilege, but a right that keeps the truth alive.

Today, we call for an end to attacks against journalists and media practitioners. Stand with those who continue to report despite fear and pressure. Support the press, defend the freedom to report, and never let the truth be silenced.

Under Republic Act No. 11699, August 30 is recognized as National Press Freedom Day, honoring the birth anniversary of Marcelo H. del Pilar, the Father of Philippine Journalism. His legacy reminds us that the freedom to write, question, and speak out has always been worth defending.
