Congratulations, Future RCrims of Region 10!
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on September 1, 2026 that 16,952 out of 29,452 examinees, or 57.56%, passed the August 2026 Licensure Examination for Criminologists.
Here in Region 10, we proudly celebrate 1,483 new passers out of 2,463 examinees a 60.21% passing rate, well above the national average.
To all our newly successful examinees in Region 10: congratulations!
Today, you are not simply celebrating a passing score. You are celebrating the long nights of studying, the sacrifices you made, the doubts you overcame, and the people who stood beside you when the journey became difficult.
To your parents, families, faculty members, mentors, review instructors, and friends, this achievement is also yours. Behind every successful Criminologist is a community that believed, encouraged, prayed, and supported them along the way. We celebrate you, too.
As you celebrate, I also hope you carry with you what it means to become a Registered Criminologist. You are entering a regulated profession, one with real responsibilities to justice, public safety, the community, and the ethical practice of Criminology. Your license is more than a credential; it is a responsibility.
Continue learning. Continue questioning. Continue developing your competence. Stand firmly for what is right, respect the law, uphold professional ethics, and use your knowledge not only to build a career, but to contribute meaningfully to society.
To our 1,483 new Criminologists of Region 10, this is where your journey as a professional truly begins. May it be marked by competence, integrity, compassion and service.
Welcome to the profession. Welcome to PCAP Region 10. We'd love to have you join us, reach out to your local PCAP Chapter to get involved.
Congratulations, Batch August 2026!
