Following the procession of our oath takers, the distinguished guests made their entrance, marking the formal opening of the ceremony.

The procession included Hon. Samuel B. Padilla, Vice Chairman of the Board of Accountancy, together with the PRC personnel and the Officers of PICPA Negros Occidental. Their presence underscored the significance of the occasion as they welcomed the newest members of the accounting profession.

Following the Processional March, the program proceeded to the much-awaited CPA Oath-Taking Ceremony. The 80 newly licensed Certified Public Accountants officially took their oath, led by Hon. Samuel B. Padilla, Vice Chairman of the Board of Accountancy.

This solemn moment marked the culmination of years of hard work, perseverance, and dedication. As they recited the CPA Oath, they formally embraced the responsibilities and ethical standards of the accounting profession, beginning a new chapter in their professional journey.

On July 22, 2026, PICPA Negros Occidental proudly organized the CPA Oathtaking Ceremony for 80 newly licensed Certified Public Accountants from Negros Occidental and Panay—a milestone celebrating their hard work, perseverance, and dedication to the accounting profession.
