The Bacolod City Mount Kanlandog Leo Club officially kicked off its service journey for the new Leo Year through the Opening Salvo Medical Mission held on August 16, 2026, at the Isabela Covered Court, Municipality of Isabela, Negros Occidental.

This meaningful kickoff service project was made even more special with the participation of MD Leo President Jacques Earl Lamparero, who joined fellow Leos in advancing the spirit of service and volunteerism in the community.

Anchored on the 8 Global Causes of Lions International, the activity brought together Leos, Lions, volunteers, and partner organizations with one shared purpose—to serve, care, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our valued partners, the Philippine Dental Association, Local Government Unit of Isabela, Philippine Army, and La Carlota City Eagles Club, for their support and cooperation in making this service initiative possible.

Our deepest gratitude also goes to our Mother Club, the Bacolod City Mount Kanlandog Lions Club, for its continuous guidance, encouragement, and support. Your commitment to service inspires us to become better leaders and more dedicated servants of our communities.

As we begin another year of Leadership, Experience, and Opportunity, this kickoff reminds us that service is stronger when we stand together.
