🌿 Global Compassion PNG Inc. Outreach – Baruni Dump 🌿

On 18 April 2026, our team carried out a community outreach at Baruni Dump, serving 180 people (140 children & 40 adults).

We shared hot meals, refreshments, ice cream and most importantly, the love of God through the Gospel. ❤️

📊 A needs assessment was also conducted to better understand the community.

This outreach is part of our ongoing mission to serve, uplift, and bring hope where it’s needed most.

Throwback to 2017 💙

In response to the Hanubada fire in 2017, Global Compassion PNG Inc. provided clothing and essential supplies to affected families. We’re thankful for the opportunity to serve our community and be the hands and feet of hope during a difficult time.

Our deepest gratitude goes to every donor and volunteer who made this possible, and to the families of Hanubada for the warm appreciation you showed us. Together, we made a difference.

11 October 2025 | The GC PNG Inc. team joyfully put their faith into action at Global Harvest Miracle Center (GHMC), sharing the Gospel through both word and deed.

We first shared God’s Word, then had the privilege of serving a meal to 64 beautiful children from Nautana, a nearby settlement. It was a simple act, but one filled with love, smiles, and gratitude.

We were also able to bless a family caring for four orphans with a special food bag, offering encouragement and practical support to their home.

Moments like these remind us that love is best shared when it is both spoken and shown.

30 August 2025 | A Timely visit for Mothers – PMGH Ward 10 & Labour Ward

Global Compassion PNG Inc. had the privilege of visiting Ward 10 at Port Moresby General Hospital, where expectant mothers in their final trimester—many facing health complications—are waiting to deliver their babies.

We shared food, essential supplies, and heartfelt prayer, hoping to bring comfort, strength, and reassurance during a very tender season. During this time, four precious mothers also chose to give their lives to Christ, filling the ward with hope and gratitude.

We were also able to leave much-needed supplies for mothers and babies in the Labour Ward.

Our hearts are grateful to serve and to remind every mother that she is seen, loved, and not alone. 💗

A Visit of Compassion – PMGH Women’s Ward (Ward 9) 💕

Today, Global Compassion PNG Inc. visited the Women’s Ward (Ward 9) at Port Moresby General Hospital, bringing essential supplies, prayer, and words of encouragement to mothers in need.

Despite the severe overcrowding—where many women are forced to give birth or recover on the floor due to limited beds and difficult conditions—we were humbled to stand alongside them. Our prayer was to offer a moment of hope, dignity, and comfort during an incredibly challenging time.

Every mother deserves care, respect, and compassion. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve and to remind these women that they are seen, valued, and deeply loved. 💗

Sharing Compassion at Cheshire Home 💙

In partnership with the Women’s Ministry at Global Harvest Miracle Centre (GHMC), Global Compassion PNG Inc., led by our Patron, Jayne Opet, had the privilege of visiting the Cheshire Home this month. We brought non-perishable food items, shared prayer, and spent meaningful time in fellowship with the residents.

Many residents at Cheshire Home have been abandoned or given up because their families were unable to care for them. Cheshire has become their place of refuge—but the facilities are limited, and the needs remain great. These precious lives deserve dignity, care, and hope.

We invite you to stand with us in supporting Cheshire Home, helping to restore dignity and remind the residents that they are not forgotten.
