ARISE AND SHINE - A CALL TO PREPARE FOR GOD'S GLORY
Scripture: Isaiah 60:1
"Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you."
This is not an ordinary message, nor is it just an exciting story to tell. It is the living and powerful Word of God. From the very beginning, God's Word has remained true, powerful, and unchanging. Every Scripture is inspired by the Holy Spirit, and when the appointed season for a particular message arrives, the Holy Spirit brings that Word to life to prepare God's people for what He is about to do.
I believe the Holy Spirit placed Isaiah 60:1 in my heart because God is preparing Tambul Valley, Nebilyer Valley, and this generation for a fresh move of His presence. Before revival comes, God always calls His people to prepare themselves.
Today, this is a call to every student of Tambul Secondary School and Kagul Valley High School, every teacher, parent, pastor, church leader, youth, musician, public servant, community leader, businessman, woman, child, and every resident of Tambul and Nebilyer Valley.
Arise!
Arise from spiritual sleep.
Arise from compromise.
Arise from every sinful lifestyle.
Turn away from immorality, adultery, sexual sin, po*******hy, lying, pride, jealousy, unforgiveness, gossip, hatred, disobedience, laziness, bitterness, and constant complaining.
Come before God with humility. Get on your knees in prayer. Repent sincerely. Forgive one another. Walk in love. Seek God's face with all your heart.
When God's people prepare themselves, God releases His glory.
The Bible teaches us that God desires a holy people. It has often been said, "When the pattern is right, the glory will fall." As we align our lives with God's Word, His presence will fill our churches, our schools, our families, our communities, and our nation.
I believe a new season is coming, a season of God's power, His presence, His miracles, and genuine revival.
Let us unite as individuals, families, churches, schools, leaders, organizations, and communities. Let us stand together in prayer and obedience so that the glory of God may rest upon our valleys.
Do not wait for someone else to bring change.
Be the change.
Be a carrier of God's glory.
Be a light in your school, your family, your church, your workplace, and your community.
As you arise, others will arise.
As you shine, others will find Christ.
As God's glory rests upon you, Tambul Valley, Nebilyer Valley, and Papua New Guinea will experience transformation for the glory of God.
May the Lord raise up a generation that walks in holiness, carries His presence, and brings revival to this nation.
Arise and shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you.
