F1st Koki Company Celebrates and praise God for 133years of Girls Brigade!

In 1893, The Girls’ Brigade began in Dublin, Ireland, with a simple mission: to help girls become followers of the Lord Jesus Christ and through self-control, reverence and a sense of responsibility, to find true enrichment of life. 133 years on, that mission is still alive and still needed.

Since August 1999, our company has been blessed to watch girls grow into strong, professional young women. Many who once wore the uniform now lead our local company, continuing the legacy of service they received.

Girls’ Brigade gave us a safe space to gather. Here, friendships grew into sisterhood bonds. Above all, we grew to know and love the Lord Jesus.

In a world that keeps changing, GB’s call to seek, serve and follow Christ remains relevant. Our girls today still need faith, friendship, and a place to belong.

To our GB sisters across the world: Happy 133 years of living God’s mission. We stand with you in faith.

🎉 *Girls Brigade Saturday Recap* 🎉

- Juniors & Cadets explored the Fruit of the Spirit — Kindness! 💖 They shared what kindness means to them and learned practical ways to spread it daily.

- Pioneers & Senior Girls dived into Bible study with Clyra from Tertiary Student Fellowship using the COMA Method (Context, Observation, Meaning, Application).
🌟 Part Two is coming on March 7th!

- Special shoutout to Pioneer Erica Wama for sharing her amazing New York🗽🌉 adventure! 🌍 She credited Girls Brigade for guiding her along the way.

Hey Parents & Guardians of amazing girls 🎉, we’re thrilled to invite you to register your daughters (aged 3 & up) in the *1st Koki Girls Brigade Company –
Girls Brigade is an international, interdenominational program that empowers girls to grow *Physically, Spiritually, Educationally & Socially*!

🗓️ *Our first session kicks off THIS SATURDAY* from *10am–12pm* at *Koki Good Shepherd Lutheran Church*.
👩‍🏫 Trained volunteer women leaders will guide fun, games & inspiring activities every Saturday.

🌟 Join us for an amazing start to 2026 and let your girl “Seek, Serve & Follow Christ” while developing confidence & skills!
