The greatest move by Free West Papua Movement.....

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Julia Jouwe as the West Papua Ambassador for United States of Africa to champion for West Papuans unalienable rights to self determination.
The United States of Africa stands in solidarity with Indigenous people in West Papua in their quest to fullfil their democratic aspirations to reclaim their Independence from Indonesia.

Amb . Julia Jouwe (24) is an activist for West Papua and got her masters in Journalism where she wrote her thesis on how the West Papuan independence struggle was framed by the Dutch press and what narratives arose from that way of framing. She gets her inspiration from her grandfather Nicolaas Jouwe, who was a diplomat, freedom fighter and briefly served as vice-president of the New Guinea Council.
Congratulations Amb. Julia Jouwe!🇨🇺
