The Community Coalition Against Corruption (CCAC) launched its first Trainers of Trainers Voter Awareness Workshop in Port Moresby on Wednesday, April 22.

The workshop was delivered in partnership with the Advancing PNG: Women Leaders Network, bringing together more than 30 women leaders from around the country. Participants were equipped with practical knowledge of Papua New Guinea’s electoral processes and trained to deliver effective civic and voter education in their communities.

It has been a great 3-days into the APNGWLN Members Week with many discussions, networking, reunion, and learning on national and global issues impacting our country.

Today, we have the Community Coalition Against Corruption, facilitating the Civic Awareness Trainer-of-Trainers so our meri leaders can continue training and advocacy in their local communities.
We are thankful to ExxonMobil PNG Bread for the World Regional Office Pacific and Old Dart Foundation for their support towards the week gathering and Gateway Hotel for hosting us!
