Are you looking for a volunteer role that brings genuine joy, connection, and purpose? Special Olympics New Zealand - Tauranga is searching for an enthusiastic Indoor Bowls Coach/Manager to lead our incredible team of 9 athletes!

If you love sport and want to watch athletes flourish, develop life skills, and build lifelong friendships, this is the perfect role for you.

What you’ll be doing:
* Coaching and managing a fantastic team of 9 indoor bowls athletes.
* Helping setup and pack up the bowling equipment each week.
* Keeping the team updated on upcoming events and tracking attendance.
* Attending a monthly committee meeting (via Zoom) and writing a brief update.

What you'll get:
* Full training provided by the current coach—no extensive prior experience required!
* Out-of-town travel costs are reimbursed.

A few hours a week (especially weekends)
A car & full driver's license
NZ citizenship or permanent residency
