✨️One of our favourite things about the powerful Horses Helping Humans program is that it allows people to recognise their conditioned stress responses. Once they are aware of these and can identify them in their lives they are able to manage these with the evidence based tools we teach. This is incredibly empowering and gives people agency over their lives.

"I can now spot when my stress response is triggered and have tools to keep calm and be able to think clearly under pressure." A recent participant✨️

What an amazing life skill to have!!! Thank you to everyone helping us bring the Horses Helping Humans program to our Nelson Tasman Community.

"I'm so happy I can now calm those overbearing emotions when I feel them coming on. I feel empowered and back in controll of myself when before I felt like those big emotions were over powering me. Small differences in how I breathe, move, stand and walk have helped me find my self confidence again. Thank you HHH Nelson Tasman." A recent participants reflection.

Here is a beautiful reflection from a recent participant
✨️ I have a whole kete of new tools I can use to help me keep my cool while communicating with others who used to wind me up. Working with the horse made me feel elegant and powerful as I was respected, seen and heard as we worked together. I have noticed that when I use the tools, others also notice and listen to me more.

✨️ Thank you for your support in helping us help others through the credible and award winning program.
