Yoga today at Gandhi Hall.

This year marks the 12th International Day of Yoga with the theme “ Yoga for Healthy Ageing”, which emphasizes the importance of Yoga for all ages.

As we celebrate the International Yoga Day today, let us pledge to make yoga a part of our daily routine and to spread its message to others. Let us take this opportunity to unite in the spirit of yoga and to promote its practice for the betterment of ourselves and the society at large.

Thank you to yoga instructor Amy Jozwiak for her time and patience today. We enjoyed an hour of Yoga which helped us relax, connect, and strengthen, leaving us with a peaceful mind and energized body.
