HEADLIGHT – COMMUNITY WELLBEING PROGRAMME COORDINATOR
We are super stoked to welcome Neha Gosalia as Headlight’s Programme Coordinator. Neha has lived, worked and volunteered within the Queenstown-Lakes community for many years and this is just one of many roles she currently fulfils.
Neha is approximately ten times more awesome in person, but if you haven't met her, here are some things you really need to know about her:-
Neha arrived in Queenstown with a driving ambition to learn how to snowboard. She stayed because she didn’t get good enough in her first year! Presumably, she’s still working on her technique, because she’s still here.
On weekends you might find Neha in the water, up a mountain, enjoying her favourite creative expression, or curled up with a good book.
Neha’s definition of community wellbeing is people feeling connected to each other, and feeling supported and safe because they have access to resources and support that they need to thrive and grow individually, and meaningfully contribute to the community.
One of Neha’s inspirations for joining Headlight was her own mental wellbeing journey as a migrant, and the opportunity to use this experience to make the journey easier for others.
Neha is looking forward to connecting with people and learning even more about our beautiful community. Welcome Neha!
