Petone Neighbourhood Hub update 📖

The move to our new location is underway!

✉️ NZ Post services at the Britannia Street site have closed and will reopen at 284 Jackson Street from today.

The Petone Neighbourhood Hub on Britannia Street will continue to operate library services until 3:30pm on Wednesday 27 May and then close as we prepare to move into our temporary new home on Jackson Street.

Hub services will begin operating from the new site from Tuesday 2 June.

It's the 22nd of May and look what's popped up in our front garden!

A huge thank you to Graley Plastics & Laser Cutting Petone, for helping us put up the custom art perspex at the top of the stairs and in Room 4 last year — we really appreciate your support and workmanship.

We’d also like to thank the Hutt Art Centre for working alongside us to display people’s artwork throughout the space. It’s been wonderful to help showcase local creativity and make the space feel even more welcoming. The pieces will be rotated every 6 months. We look forward to sharing more of local talent with you!
