At Toastmasters its not just about having fun, its also rewarding.
I am happy to share I have completed Level 1 of the pathway which is the platform that we use to keep track of our achievements.

Many years ago I completed the old competent communicator and competent leader programmes. It’s great to see Toastmasters enhancing and digitising the programme and giving us a chance to redo our icebreakers. 🙂

Last night at Toastmasters was pretty special, not only did we have Les John’s our Area Director visit the club, but we also got to induct two new members. Sam is a repeat offender, having been in our club originally ~16 years ago. James is new to Toastmasters although you couldn’t tell that from his confidence in delivery already. Seen here is the fabulous Debbie who is our VP of Membership just after doing the induction. Welcome to Waiheke Island

Remember we meet Monday fortnightly, 7pm at the Catherine Mitchell centre. Hope to see you in a couple of weeks :-)
