PHA Monthly Cuppa and Connection

We are excited to invite you to a new PHA initiative, a monthly community get-together at the Mt. Community Hall Lounge room.

This gathering is centred on community connection first - bringing people together to share listen and support one another. We aim to encourage open, conversation around all things holistic health.

Together, we'll explore ideas, exchange experiences and discuss alternative health options in a respectful and curious environment.

Our aim is to hold a space where people feel seen and heard and where shared experiences can strengthen a sense of belonging and create new friendships.

Over time, these gatherings may grow into workshops and dedicated healing days, shaped by the interests and needs of the group.

All are welcome, Come as you are and be part of the conversation.
Please invite others.

Mt Community Hall lounge room, 345 Maunganui Road, Friday 29th May. BYO Coffee/Snacks. Herbal tea is provided. $5 Koha towards costs e.g. hall hire, is gratefully received.

Mount Community - Try Your First Breathwork Class FREE

Most adults breathe too much... and it quietly keeps the body in stress mode.

Learning to slow and retrain your breathing can have powerful effects on both the body and mind.

Regular breathwork practice may help:
• Lower blood pressure
• Improve heart rate variability (nervous system health)
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Improve sleep quality
• Improve oxygen efficiency
• Help the body return to a calm, balanced state

To introduce this practice to the community, your first class is completely free to try.

🕘 Wednesdays - 9:30am
📍 The Lounge - Mount Maunganui Community Hall

Sessions include guided rhythmic breathing and crystal bowls designed to deeply relax the nervous system.

If you’re curious and would like to come try a session, simply text or call Vanessa to reserve a free spot.

📩 0210 275 6522

Come lie down, breathe, and see how your body feels after one session.
