⚫️🔵 THE ROLE YOU'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!! 🔵⚫️

The ideal candidate will have excellent operating skills and at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. You’ll also have a great attitude and attention to detail, be a problem solver and keen to get stuck in. 

Key responsibilities:
> Operate a range of tractors, trucks and ag implements (including but not limited to mowers, rakes, balers, rippers, power harrows, planters etc)
> Manage Greenstar GPS systems
> Carry out machinery repairs & maintenance
> Contribute to on-going health and safety practices

What we are offering:
> Permanent, full-time position
> Competitive remuneration based on experience
> Modern and well-maintained machinery

> Shared accommodation (if required)

The successful candidate will have:
> A full NZ driver licence
> Class 4 - 5 license preferred but not essential
> New Zealand residency or a valid work Visa.
> Excellent communication and time management skills
> Ability to work alone and as part of a team
> Pass a pre-employment drug test

Are you passionate about agriculture and looking for a career in the ag industry? We’re thrilled to announce that applications for our seasonal positions from September 2026 to April 2027 are now open! 🌾

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a team of 3-5 experienced ag professionals with a solid understanding of our industry. This includes 3-4 junior operators eager to learn and grow. We also need 1 experienced operator capable of operating JCB 435s, maize planters, balers, and trucks. 🚜

Essential Qualifications:

Agricultural experience is crucial. 🌱
A full driver’s license is required. 🚗
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for drugs, and drug testing will be conducted. 🚫
