The Good News for Aotearoa team is delighted to welcome Keri-Ann Hokianga as one of our featured local speakers.

Keri-Ann is a fourth-generation ordained minister in the Māori Anglican Church and currently serves with TSCF (Tertiary Students Christian Fellowship) in Auckland. With a deep passion for evangelism among Māori communities and a rich understanding of the history of Māori and Christianity in Aotearoa, Keri-Ann brings both wisdom and hope to the conversation about sharing the gospel today.

Here's a glimpse of what Keri-Ann will be sharing:

Māori, the Gospel & a New Generation
"As I’ve ministered among Māori communities and now walk alongside Māori students through TSCF, I’ve been struck by both the richness of our Christian heritage and the opportunities before us today. By understanding the story of Māori and Christianity in Aotearoa, what helped people flourish in faith, and what challenges emerged, we can be better equipped as evangelists today. My hope is that more and more Māori would discover the goodness of God and the hope found only in Jesus, and that we would once again see Māori flourishing in Christian faith, just as many of our ancestors did."

At Good News for Aotearoa 2026, we are delighted to welcome Dan Paterson from Questioning Christianity as our keynote speaker! Across four powerful sessions, Dan will help us make sense of our cultural moment through Scripture—exploring deep spiritual hungers, remaining faithful in challenging times, taking Jesus public with conviction, and equipping the next generation.
