The smoko shed is polishing up now, painted floor, great panelling, lights - what more could you want for a cuppa & chat. Workshop continues to be lined & painted. Progress is happening

Just like that - a future kitchen sink is in place, the pace of work continues to revive the building at Leithfield Beach to get ready for a return to craft & repair work. Meanwhile kindling is available thru Arthur Burkes as normal at $10 or 3 for $25 to support us.
I’m signing off this week for a winter break & leaving Mike & David to cover our social media over next few months. Many thanks to our supportive community & hard working members. Lindsay Moir remains our President, with Michael Ennis his deputy. Cheers.

Reminder of our Menzshed Amberley AGM on this Wednesday 20 May 2026, at 10am in the Leithfield Beach Community Centre on Lucas Drive. Located opposite the tennis courts, there is parking in that area & on up to the beach access area. There is signage pointing to where the shed is, tucked in behind the Community Centre building.
We will hold the meeting and morning tea inside the Community Room where it is warm & snug. A sausage sizzle will then follow, after we have dealt with the AGM business of reports, election of officers and update on the shed project. We welcome all exisiting and former members to come along, plus encourage those interested in what we do, we are an inclusive shed group.
