Progress continues at the Leithfield Beach location. Spouting going up, preparing for third window install & painting the lining to brighten the inside. A reminder our AGM is the morning of Wed 20 May 2026, subs must be paid to vote.
We will be at the Repair Cafe on Sat 2 May in the Tin shed from 1-4 pm, selling our kindling & assisting with repairs.

On-going progress now that the concrete floor is complete. Strengthening the inside with bracing and lining, windows and preparation for the first shipping container to move onsite. The AGM is Wed 20 May 2026 at 10:30am - subs are due prior of $30 - to enable AGM voting.

Steady progress on getting our Menzshed building fit for purpose at our temporary location, it’s almost set up & running at Leithfield Beach. Concrete floor in, power on, window in, sliding shed door working. Great teamwork from the Amberley Menzshed crew.

Our end of year event and end of time celebration at Helen Newtons property, as we look forward to 2026 and what it will bring. Great gathering on a wet cool day, with an indoor bbq. Lots of laughter and chatter, which is what Menzshed is all about after all.

Kindling
Winter keeps dragging out and we need to keep our fires going. Amberley Menzshed still have more kindling ready to go out the door. If you need a few bags don’t hesitate to call Keith on 027-579 7970 or call in to Arthur Burke Hammer Hardware. The funds raised go to the new shed building fund. Thank you for your support.

The nights and the mornings are still really cold, so if you are wanting to get hold of kindling to help you get your log fires going, Amberley Menz Shed have been hard at work to ensure we will have stocks ready for those wanting to buy some. This is one of our fundraisers with the money going towards a new shed.

You can get them from the shed at 49 Ashworth's Road or from Arthur Burke Hammer Hardware. Stay warm guys.
