Thick, creamy, loaded with real peach, mango, banana, and coconut milk this is a sweet, tart, and tropical machine. Rich and velvety in texture - this is definitely the droid you're looking for.

ISLAND BAY COFFEE WEEK - Why celebrate coffee for just one day? Island Bay has some of the best coffee culture around, and we want to celebrate it!

Kicking off on International Coffee Day (30 September), we're celebrating one of the world's greatest beverages all week long. We'll be serving a whole new range of coffee-based cocktails featuring coffee and some of our brews, plus pairing these concoctions with a special dessert.
Our custom b**rcocktails include:

☕ Smooth Mocha-rator: Creamy, coffee, vanilla-y deliciousness.
- VAI Vodka, DVB Smooth Operator, Baileys, Vanilla Liqueur, Chocca Cold Brew

☕ Kentucky Rascal: A bit of caffeine with a Kentucky kick.
- Bourbon, Mighty Cold Brew, DVB Split the D Stout Syrup, DVB Red Rascal

☕ Shandy Buzz: A buzzy zinger of a drink!
- Brava Cold Brew, DVB Split the D Stout Syrup, DVB Schandalous

Plus - it wouldn't be a coffee cocktail week without Espresso Martinis! We'll have four different blends on hand. Pick your favourite for a full-sized cocktail or try them all with our Espresso Martini Flight.

R & Y Cake Studio round out the experience with their decadent tiramisu - coffee-soaked lady fingers and silky mascarpone, topped with cocoa powder.

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 - 𝗬𝘂𝘇𝘂 & 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗼 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝘀𝗻𝗲𝗿 - 𝟱.𝟰%

What happens when you mix NZ Motueka hops with fresh Japanese Yuzu juice and Sansho? Meet Prime Mates! A super-crisp, refreshing l***r collaboration that is citrusy, dry, and has a playful, tingly finish.

𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀: A lean, crisp base of pilsner malt and dextrine malt is fermented clean with Froth Vagabond Czech Pilsner yeast. Rice syrup added during fermentation dries the b**r out completely, leaving a light, nutty, honey-like finish. A massive addition of straight, fresh Yuzu juice brings vibrant, zesty citrus, while lime-forward Motueka hops marry the flavours together. The addition of Sansho layers in a mild, citrusy spice with a subtle, playful numbing sensation.

Who stole the cookie from the cookie jar? 🍪

To celebrate the launch of our new Cookies & Cream White Stout, Nom Nom, we're giving away a custom-made cookie to the first 20 customers who order our new brew! Big shoutout to for crafting these treats.

Each cookie features a rich, soft-baked cookie base (made with our in-house grains!) topped with cookies and cream icing and crunchy sprinkles. This is the ultimate decadent pairing that will satisfy even the most intense cookie monster.

Me want b**r! Nom Nom is our new 10.1% Cookies and Cream White Stout. Don't let the pale golden pour fool you - this beast is packed with cacao nibs, vanilla, and milk sugars to deliver a massive chocolate-cookie and sweet vanilla-cream punch. Rich, velvety, and dangerously drinkable.

𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀: A thick, velvety grist of ale malt, wheat malt, and flaked oats creates a massive, pillowy body to support the double-digit ABV with minimal bitterness from Saaz hops. Dub Hub Island Bay presents the: TWO TONE TAP ROOM GALLERY

This weekend, Dub Hub in Island Bay gets more colourful as we open our doors for the South Coast Arts Trail, 12–13 September.

We’re turning parts of the tap room walls into a temporary gallery space, showcasing local artwork from South Coast Arts Studio, alongside the b**rs we know and love. Come down, have a wander, check out the artwork, and settle in for a pint while you’re here.

And because good things are better when shared, we’ll donate a portion of the artwork sales from the weekend to the Island Bay Marine Education Centre, supporting the awesome work they do in our local community.

Local art. Local b**r. Local good times.

Say annyeong to your new favourite Burger of the Month - Gangnam Style 🇰🇷.

We took everything we love about Korean street food and stuffed it between a soft brioche bun - crispy fried chicken glazed in sweet, smoky bulgogi sauce, stacked high and smothered in a punchy kimchi mayo that brings the heat and the funk. Tangy pickled red onion and a crisp slaw cut through the richness to create the ultimate balance. Served with golden curly fries dusted in chilli salt, made for double-dipping in that leftover kimchi mayo.

This burger's about to be a K-pop level hit - come boogie with us and give it a go!
